Maintanence and Repair to the storm water drain and Providing Rcc Covering Slab at Kandhasamy Street and Ward Areas in ward no, 46 Central zone,Coimbatore Corporation

1. Dismantling the damaged Reinforced Cement Concret slab as per the instruction of Departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges

2. Desilting in the existing drain as per the direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

3. Dismantling the damaged Cement Concret work as per the instruction of Departmental officers. Including all initial lead and other labour charges

4. Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

5. Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

6. Supplying and erecting Shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as Drain walls etc, using mild steel sheets of size 90x60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

7. Cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement, three sand and six aggregate ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

8. Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix 12 mm thick ( one cement five sand) per direction of departmental officers etc. completed.

9.Reinforced Cement Concrete in 1:1.5:3 Mix using 20 mm size hard broken granite Stone Jelly from approved quarry including Mixing, Laying, Compacting, Finishing, Curing and all Labour Charges as per the Direction of the Departmental officers Etc., Complete.

10.Supplying and fabrication and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel/Ribbed for steel rods for all RCC work as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors complying with standard specification and drawings etc..,
