Supply Erection & commissioning of 20 cs VT Axial flow vertical turbine pumps of 980 RPM having static lift 6 mtr including standard delivery pipe of 6 mtr & MS delivery bends of min. 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside & outside i/c flange welding, HT nut bolts complete in all respect as per site & as per approved technical specifications and approved make.

Supply, erection & commissioning of solid shaft 100 HP, 415 V (+,- 10%),50 Hz (+,-3%), 980 RPM, IE2, vertical flange mounted squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 20 cs VT pump with 6 mtr lift type complete in all respect as per technical specifications

Supply erection & commissioning of MS delivery pipes 508 mm inner dia alongwith MS bend as per site condition made of 6 mm thick MS Plate both end flanged (in >=6 mtr piece) as per approved specification & make. (i/c SS Nut-bolt, rubber Sheet 1/8" & other fitting accessories required for fitting of pumps).

Providing & laying LT Armoured PVC Armoured copper cable of size 120 sq. mm, 3.5 core with copper thimble, copper bolts & other allied material conforming to IS 7098 -1985 as per approved makes with required specific thimbles for necessary connections.

Supply, Erection and Commissioning of Axial flow water lubricated vertical turbine pump having discharge 10 Cs with operating speed of 1440 RPM static lift 6 mtr i/c standard delivery pipe&MS delivery bends of 8 mm thickness with bituminous based paint inside &outside i/c flange welding HT nut bolt complete in all respect as per technical specifications and approved make.

Supply, Erection and Commissioning of 50 HP, 415 V(+,- 10%),50 Hz(+,-3%), 1440 RPM, 4 Pole IE2, TEFC , continuous duty, vertical flange mounted squirrel cage induction motor complete in all respect as per approved technical specifications

Supply erection & commissioning of MS delivery pipes 341.4 mm inner dia alongwith MS bend as per site condition made of 6 mm thick MS Plate both end flanged (in >=6 mtr piece) as per approved specification & make. (i/c SS Nut-bolt, rubber Sheet 1/8" & other fitting accesories required for fitting of pumps).

Providing & laying LT Armoured PVC copper cable of size 70 sq. mm, 3 core conforming to IS 7098 -1988 as per approved makes along with required thimbles for necessary connections including thimbles of required sizes as per site requirement

Supply, erection and commissioning of Motor Control Center/LT Panel 400A as per IP-54 with incomer MCCB of 400 Amp 4 pole with 2 nos, outgoings each of having MCCB of 250Amp and 150 Amp alongwith D plug socket in front side of panel for loads, indicators, meters, push buttons, bus bars and with 2nos Automatic ATS starters 1 no of 100 HP having contractor rating as 250/185/110 amp and 1 no 50 HP having contractor rating as 150/110/80 amp complete in all respect.The LT Panel should be complete with capacitor bank of 75 KVAR in 8 Steps with incomer consist of contactor & MCCB, relays, indicators, timers etc.One No MCCB of 200 Amp to be provided for capacitor Bank Each step should consist of contactor & MCCB as per technical specifications approved by I& WR Deptt Haryana as per Annexure-C

Providing 30 feet deep complete double side plate earthing with 2 earth pits on both sides of pump house by boring & lowering 1.5" GI pipe, filling boring with charcoal, copper strips, salt & fixing base plate, connecting this main earthing through copper strips /wires up to motors & panel as per site requirement.

Providing & laying LT Armoured PVC Armoured Aluminium cable of size 630 sq. mm, 3.5 core with copper thimble, copper bolts & other allied material conforming to IS 7098 -1985 as per approved makes with required specific thimbles for necessary connections.

Structural Steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer & two coat of paint all complete. Providing & fixing by making required size/length at site in pair of MS Cross Girder (ISMB) in 2 run of length of size 300 mm x 140 mm for foundation of 20 Cs and 10 Cs VT Axial/Mixed flow pump i/c supply , fixing & welding both ends of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of 20 Cs VT Axial/Mixed flow pump and shall be welded with fixing of L. bracket & nut/bolts/washers etc. into existing ISMB member (Make: TATA/ JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG). Providing and new installation of Girder for 20 Cs and 10 Cs VT Axial/Mixed flow pump as per site requirement including of all Civil works i.e. dismantling of old girders, re-fixing of Iron grating and wooden planks,repairing of wall etc. as per specification approved by Irrigation Deptt.
