Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with kiln burnt sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work (Except bricks) with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. (Serviceable bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.)

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cement plaster of any description and preparation of surfaces of walls including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water to receive new plaster, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for drains) including necessary form work, set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length, fixed in walls for the purpose of weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new surfaces of plastered or unplastered walls and applying a coat of chalk whiting and over it two coats of cement paint, complete all as specified and directed.

De-silting of stormwater drain by cleaning of settled deposited soil/earth silt/mud etc n exc 15cm deep from the bed of drains including cleaning of shrubs vegetation grass etc whatsoever therein, including getting out and removing excavated material and depositing same to a distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and directed.
