Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglm3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Foundation and Basement

Ground Floor

upplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner , vertical stiffener , side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor Slab, Roof Slab, Loft, Landing Slabs, etc with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over steel adjustable span of size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Steel adjustable span and Steel Adjustable telescopic props shall be provided as directed by the departmental Officers. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work using using Country Bricks of size 8-3/4" x 4-1/4" X2-3/4" in Cement Mortar 1:6 (One cement and six crushed stone sand) including curing neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of sizes 300 x 450 x 8mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing profiles colour coated galvalume sheets 0.47mm tk for roofing in all design and gladding using best approved galvalume sheet using SD/ST screws with EPDM metal wshers 3Nos per Sqm with nessary Sealent including all cost of materials labour charges for joints conveyance charges etc., complete

Providing and fixing of ms cutter fixing as per the design. With all materials including cost of materials,labour charges,transporatation charges and all conveyance charges etc complete

Supply and installation of two-track sliding uPVC windows with integrated fly mesh shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 92mm x 52mm x 52mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, aglazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm, and a fly meshshutter of 66mm x 30mm. All profiles of frames,sash, and mullion shall be reinforced, whererequired, with 1mm thick GI steel sections. Eachwindow will be equipped with various securitydevices, such as touch locks or crescent locks,along with nylon rollers and an aluminium track forsmooth operation, all supplied as per requirements,compliant with relevant specifications, and asdirected by departmental personnel. The windowsshall incorporate 5mm thick Plain or Pinheadglass, held securely by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets. All corners and mullion joints of the frameand sash are to be mitred cut and fusion welded without any mechanical joints, with all welded jointsneatly trimmed and finished with a grooved nib toensure the final products are free from sharp edges.The complete window units shall be fixed into prefinished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame using high-quality fasteners, and silicon sealant will be applied to fill the gap between the wall and window frame for a leak-proof installation and complete finish etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

The supply and installation of uPVC partitions with doors shall utilize uPVC prohle sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 74mm x 60mm x 56mm, a shutter of 104mm x 60mm x 66mm, a mullion of 72mm x 60mm x 36mm, a glazing bead of 35mm x 18mm, a 20mm multi-chambered hollow uPVC panel section of 150mm x 20mm, and a uPVC panel bead of 19mm x 16mm. All profiles of frames, sash, and mullion shall be reinforced, where required, with 1mm thick G1 steel sections. The door will be equipped with 3D hinges for enhanced weight holding capacity, and security devices such as multipoint lock systems with a cylinder lock facilitated handle, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing or uPVC panels shall be 5mm thick Plain Toughened or uPVC panel grip, held by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets. All corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring the finished products are free from sharp edges. The complete units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame using high-quality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fill the gap between the wall and the frame for a leak-proof installation and completion etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

(The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc

Providing and Fixing 24" dia wind Turbine Ventilators along with aluminium base of size 1500mm x1000mm with flyproof mesh including all lead and lifts etc,complete complying with standared specification. The wind turbine ventilators shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer Before use of work)

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
