INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing 2 x20 watt flame proof/ weatherproof tube light fitting in cast aluminium alloy LM6 construction, certified by CMRS Dhanbad for group IIA, IIB & IIC including all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flame proof HFFR flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof , weatherproof control panel in cast alluminium alloy LM 6 construction, Certified by CMRS dhanabad for Group II A and IIB DB 8 way SPN. Consisting with :- Incoming - 01 No of 32 Amp DP MCB Outgoing - 06 Nos of 06 Amps to 16Amps SP MCB Note for item Sl No 3.01 to 3.03 :- All fittings junction boxes, conduit pipe and conduit accessories shall be flame proof and totally enclosed IP-65/66 protection and certified by CMRI Dhanbad / CMRS Dhanbad also included in above rates. (ii) All flame proof items shall be got tested and certified as "totally enclosed" as suitable for use in explosive buildings on completion by the "Director, central mining research institute (CMRI) Dhanbad. The testing charges and arranging tools, plants, testing equipments etc shall be the responsibility of contractor. (iii) Contractor shall take prior approval of design for internal wring and all fittings before execution of work from GE. (iv) All work will be executed under supervision of expert firm in flame proof. (v) All above deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED bulb, B22 9 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm bore, bent to shape, 1.5 metre long MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32x6mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers complete and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply & fixing MS junction box with front cover of size 250mm (height) x150mm (width) x 150mm (depth) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including 3mm thick flat iron clamp with nuts, bolts, washer etc in and including 4 way 10 Amps connector-01 No, MCB SP 6 Amps 230 Volts -01 No, Aluminium Bus Bar, complete and fixing to the same to the bracket with necessary clamps, Nuts and Bolts complete. fixed to poles including termination of cable 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/ drawing along steel tubular pole, PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, single core of size 1.5 Sqmm with two run from junction box on pole MCB SP to security light fitting all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore, bent to shape, 1.5 metre long MS clamps made out of MS flat iron of size 32x6mm thick with nuts & bolts, washers complete and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc for fixing street light fittings all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for designing, supply, errecting installing, commissioning and testing 15 Mtr high mast lighting system suitable for 9 lantern symmetrically fitted alongwith their control gear and having two point suspension system with mast shaft in two sections, hot dip galvanized (inside & outside), continuously tapered of polygonal cross section suitable for maximum wind speed of 180 Km/Hr as per IS:875 part 3 with and including head frame for 9 Nos of LED flood light 1 x 170 watt 230 V fittings complete electric operated integral power lifting tool, galvanised iron mast lantern carriage motorised raising and lowering mechanism electrical system ring with trailing stainless steel wire rope 6mm dia 7/19 construction and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly, trailing cable, control panel with timer switch (outdoor feeder pillar box), electrical cable connection, lightning final twin LED type aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester spike, earthing point tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation including all necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, RCC foundation for high mast as per manufacturer's design considering safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 Tone/Sqm, foundation nuts & bolts of appropriate size and section etc complete all as per manufacturer's design and instructions, specified and as directed consisting of the following items of works:- (a) Supply and fixing non integral heavy duty symmetrical flood light luminaries 170 watt 230 V with control gear box fixed and connected to electrical system on 15m high mast incl all lighting fixtures with glass coating on aluminium reflector (Al glass) complete all as specified and as directed - 09 Nos. Note:- LED light shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Supply and fixing front opening, double door, outdoor type feeder pillar box minimum size 80cm x 60cm x 45cm made out of 3mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 40x40x6mm angle iron frame work duly powder coated finish suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase 4 wire having 150 Amp copper bus bar with locking arrangement incl internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor cable grouted in suitable PCC foundation consisting of 32 Amps TPN MCB-01 No and time switch with contractor of suitable capacity and push button for upward and downward movement complete - 01 No. (c) Errecting high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants and fixing in truly vertical position, wiring of luminaries with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable including copper cable lugs and MCB.

(d) Material and labour for wiring of luminaries from feeder pillar box with all wiring materials including copper cable lugs and MCB complete. (e) Supply and fixing twin LED type aviation obstruction light single dome - 01 No (f) Supply and fixing lightning arrester expulsion type complete with fittings, 30 kilo Amps discharge capacity distributioon class with GI strip of size 25x3mm upto prop of earting pit complete - 01 No. Notes : (a) Construction material of high mast shall be BSEN 10025 with thickness at bottom 4mm & at top 3mm having caping head frame with pully, (b) Lightning protection final shall be GI single spike of lenth 2000mm . (c) Galvanised lantern carriage ring of 40 NB ERW Class 'B' mild steel pipe having three piont suspension system with three stainless steel wire rope 6mm dia having 7/9 contruction suitable for mounting 9 Nos. symmetrical non integral luminaires complete with outoor type junction box. (d) Double drum winch with 50:1 gear ratio manual and motor operated, self lubricating in permanent oil bath with torque limiting device. (e) Trailling cable shall be EPR insulated PCP sheathed flexible copper 5 core 2.5 sqmm from feeder pillar box to lantern junction box with plug and socket including wiring from junction box to luminaire with 3 core 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated flaxible copper conductor cable. (f) High mast shall have integral type power tool of capacity 1.5HP, volts, AC single speed, reversible type at the base compartment to its operation including power cable from feeder pillar to tool.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material and labour Septic tank for 10 users complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.

Material and labour soakage well of size 1.80 dia and 3.00m depth complete all as specified and as shown on drgs.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for cutting the existing 150mm dia/ bore CI/GI pipe line for and including insertion of Tee 150x150x80mm including jointing & testing and jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1.05m x 1.05m x 1.05m (internal size) with mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick and frame of angle iron of size 40x40x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation,brick work in cement mortar (1:6),locking arrangement and all inner of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and 50mm thick coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as specified and as shown in Drg No. CEJZ/TD-1060 Sheet No. 1/3 to 3/3.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Supply and fixing of GI steel expanded metal of size 25x25mm cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire galvanized, steel staples and fixed to wood or steel members, weight not exceeding 4 Kilogram per square metre complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing UPVC pipes (SCH-40) (Blind)150mm bore dia incl Plug Cap and all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC pipes (SCH-40) (Slotted)150mm bore dia incl Bail Plug and all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling 3mm to 5mm PEA Gravel in harvesting pit Complete all as specified and directed..

WATER COOLER WORKS

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation ,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install desert cooler electric driven single phase having normal air flow capacity of 6000 Cum per hour (or nearest size) complete all as specified and directed.
