Design supply, install, testing and commissioning of 06 passengers Machine Room Less (MRL) COPD Lift, speed 1.0 metre/sec, lift with Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine of 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G + 2 floors, with only 2 stops and 2 landings with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency drive (VVF drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendant, centre opening sliding steel door with hairline finish of not less than 1.5 mm thick with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, automatic rescuer device (ARD) system with batteries, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in announcing system without hand set, complete all as specified and directed.

(xviii) Terminal Buffers: Metal special spring/PU/Oil buffers as per OEM. The buffering stroke should not be less than 200 mm. (xix) Car & Counter weight guide: Guide rails of MS 'T' section as per OEM design; counter weight shall be as per recommendation of OEM.

(c) ADDITIONAL FEATURES (i) Automatic rescue device: During power failure and manual operation suitable provision shall be provided to run the lift with full load to the nearest floor (ii) Floor announcement system: Each floor shall be provided with announcement system.

(d) HUMAN INTERFACE DEVICE (HID) (i) Hall button with micro stroke push buttons combined with 16-segment digital LED display position indicator. (ii) Full height car operating panel with micro stroke call push buttons (located on side panel) . (iii) Door open/Door closed on car operating panel. (iv) 2-way intercommunication system. (v) Monochrome LED digital position indicator display. (vi) Battery operated alarm bell & emergency light (rechargable) along with suitable maintenance free batteries. (This system should be separate from ARD batteries) (vii) Fireman’s switch at main lobby. (viii) Manual rescue operation. (ix) Call direction indicator in car and landings. (x) Attendant operation system in car panel.

NOTES FOR ITEM No 1 : (a) The lift well shall be constructed as per OEM requirement. (b) The rates quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (i) 25A, 40A , 63A/300 mA ELCB (4 pole) rating for 3 phase - 1 nos (ii) MCB 16 A (2 pole) - 1 nos (iii) 2 core 2.5 Sqmm Armored Copper cable for single phase supply. (iv) Bulkhead fittings with 3 pin power socket (16 Amps) with ON OFF switch at 1 mtr from pit and rest at 2.5 mtr height upto headroom & metallic glands and lugs for cable entry in mains for 2 phase and 1 phase Power supply. (v) Plaster finish and whitewash in Lift well (c) Contractor should keep the lift functional by repairing/replacing the components only by OEM during the defects liability period.

Supplying, laying, fixing, jointing and testing of LT XLPE insulated, galvanized steel strip or wire armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm x 4 core IS 7098 marked with electric connection, lugs/in GI pipes incl connection to LT panels with gland all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out all excavated material in any type of soil incl breaking PCC paved tiles , complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved river sand cushioning for under ground cable in trenches 8 cm before laying and 15 cm after laying of cable and punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for 18 cm only after punned/consolidated thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LVV, Type-1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, ISI marked, laid flat across the cable length all as per specification and all as directed.

S&F GI tubing, light grade, ISI marked 40 mm bore pipe laid in trenches/duct or in road crossing or fixed to wall/poles for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation , filling and mass concerete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of pole , pedestrial for LT panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm dong complete including nut bolt and washers as specified and directed.

Supply & fix aluminium strip 25mm x 3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to galvanised earth strip of size 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel up to 7.5 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 300 x 300 x 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level connect to copper earth strip of size 25mm x4mm mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper strip up to 15 .0 meter length including connected to earth plate including necessary excavation & earthwork, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 mix with 6mm dia nominal reinforcement @ 150 mm c/c both ways etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5, connected to earthing test point complete including testing on completion all as specified.

Excavation over area, not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundations and additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m depth etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases column, raft and raft beams, plinth beams etc. rough finished surface of concrete.r complete all as pecified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attaches pillasters, buttresses, etc vertical or to batter including supports as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick ( horizontal or sloping) including supports as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC design mix (M-30) as in walls , retaining walls any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC design mix (M-30) as in foundation, footing, plinth beam etc complete as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC design mix (M-30) as in colums, posts and strut complete as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC design mix (M-30) as in slabs supported on walls etc complete as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as pecified and directed.

Ditto, all as per item No 23 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers,distribution and binders.

M&L in repairs for heritage regular flakes finish which is made from china clay, pigments homo polymer emulsion and bonding agent Acrylic emulsion Top coat (glossy/matt finished) based on solvent based polymer 0.8mm to 1.2mm thick single coat as per approved shade, as per manufacturers instructions and applying on vertical surfaces of walls, columns, pipes soffits of beams and chajja etc complete all as specified and directed. M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in for wall lining ( veenering to wall i.e. vertical surfaces ) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified and as directed.

M & L fully body vitrified coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed . (i) Surface prepration like opening the cracks/removal of loose concerete. (ii) Pressure washing the entire roof to remove dirt , dust alage fungi or other contaminants from joints and entire surface. (iii) Saturation of surface nano technology based deep penetrating sealer application to block pores , capillaries and micro cracks. (iv) Filling the crack with flexible polymer based caulk and further sealing with reinforcement fabric elastomeric coating. (v) Sealing joints and coving area with flexi reinforcement fabric and elastomeric coating. (vi) Priming coat of dr fixit URP (vii) First and Second coat of elastomeric dr fixit Roof Seal . M&L for Moorum / Red Bajari filling in floor or pavings, laid in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing 12mm thick frameless toughened glass from saint gobin/ guardian ltd ( colour as approved by engineer in charge ) including providing and fixing top , bottom and end sides with requisite stainless studs / brackets all complete as per direction of enginner in charge. NOTE :- (a) all silicon filling to ensure water proofing is included in this item. (b) work has to be carried out upto 15m.
