Providing, laying, spreading and compacting mechanical means crushed stone aggregates of specific sizes to 63mm to 45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty-Hundred) KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening Type B 11.2mm binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -ll (Two) as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (Four hundred Five) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying and rolling of close-graded Mix seal surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2mm of 0.9mm (Type-A) of 13.2 mm to 0.9 (Type-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8-10 kn static roller and finshing to required level and grades as per Technical Specifiaction Clause 509 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15 grade Kilometer stone local stone of standard design as per IRC :8 fixing in position including Painting and Painting etc. as per drawings and technical specifications rural roads August 2004 clause 1703 (ordinary kilometer stone precast) including the cost of form work and hauling of in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
