Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors / pavings, (below or above ground level) and of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and similar work etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Supply only liquid waterproofing admixture all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 to roof surfaces, bearing plaster, sunken portion etc. finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note:- The rates do not include for the supply of water proofing compound, which shall be paid for in addition at “supplied only rates separately, as applicable.

M & L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bituman 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm on plaster surface including cleaning of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer – in – Charge

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over and including priming surfaces with primer as per manufactures instructions and laid by forced application complete all as specified all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, with grey cement and no pigment, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, cut and polished as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

Taking down cement plaster/ terrazo finish on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
