Repairs/maintenance of APFC LT Panel board/box upto 100 kVAR capacity including disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connection after taking necessary shut down, cleaning the carbon/rust from bus-bar, re-thimbling with new lugs/thimble of existing size, removing old burn out wiring and re-wiring with new cable of exising size, including replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified & directed :- Noted :- (i) New spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevants items. (ii) Cost of unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size upto 2.5 Sqmm for internal wiring like connection of CTs deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) For item No 65 to 78 fixing charge of items are considered in item No 79 (iv) All calibration of meters and APFC controller shall be done by the contractor after fixing in position. (iv) Suitable size of copper/aluminium cable lugs shall be provided by contractor for fixing/jointing the cable in bus bar etc.

Repair/ maintenance of LT panel board/box of various sizes including disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing connection after necessary shut down, cleaning the carbon/ rust from bus bar, rethimbling with new lugs/ thimble of existing sizes, replacing burnt DMC insulator or bus bar supports as per existing one, removing old burnt wiring and rewiring with new cable of existing size, including replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : i) The spares to be replaced under this item will be paid seperately as Supply Only under relevent item of this schedule. ii) The cost of 2.5 Sqmm multistranded unsheathed copper conductor is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. iii) All caliberation of meters shall be done by the contractors after fixing in position. iv) Suitable sizes of copper cable lugs shall be provided by the contractor for fixing / jointing the cable in bus bar etc.

Supply only Indoor tape indoor tape insulated ring type low tension current transformers of ratio %00/%A accuracy class 1.0 for LT panel board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED indicator lamps to be mounted on LT panel for RYB phase ( Of colour Red, Green , Yellow) operates on 240 V AC for fixing in the existing place for LT panel board complete all as specified and as directed. Make : L&T or equivalent in AE/ Conserv.

Supply only FRLS PVC insulated single core Unsheated multistranded copper conductor for voltage grade 1100 V of size 25 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCBs, FP 32 Amps, 240v 10 KA, 'C' curve complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :-L&T Cat No BB40320C or equivalent model of make Hager/Siemens/ABB/Schneider/GE/C&S Electricals Ltd.)

Supply and fix in repair 3 pole power contactor of AC3 rating 32 Amps , with built in surge suppressor , RoHS compliant including necessary electrical connection with suitable size of copper cable complete all as specified and directed. (Make : L&T Cat Part No. CS94568 or equivalent in Havells/C&S)

Supply and fix in repair Astronomical time switch single Phase operates on 110-240V AC including all necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. (Make: L&T Cat Part No. T2DDT7 or equivalent in Havells/C&S)
