Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles all as directed.

S & F 6 to 8 mm TMT bars in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire [annealed] not less than 0.9 mm dia or scruing with clips.

M&L TMT 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming Fe- 500.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, cover slab and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles with & incl necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F in repair 'E' board everest make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be poweder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33 mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x300mm abd soaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to be structural soffts by approved hangers at 1200 mm maximum centrers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be grater than 450mm from adjacent wall, Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stiching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to from 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independtly. 600x600mm dodules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture insturction.

Taking down chowkhats or frame (wooden/aluminium) n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frame) and taken as credit all as specified and directed.
