Engagement of Excavator(JCB) for Land development works including cutting of wild trees, leveling, dressing etc. as per direction of EIC.

Carriage of pump set and hose pipes from outside to inside the plant and vice-versa after completion of the work.

Operation of one no. 5 HP diesel pump set including hire charges of pump set, hose pipes, accessories, diesel, running maintenance and servicing of pump. Wages of Operator and Sramik etc. as and when required in different location.

Cutting & picking up existing metaled black top portion of road surface to an average depth of 300 mm by using Jack hammer with all necessary tool and plant including reeningthe serviceable materials & stacking within a lead of 75 mtr. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Gas cutting of M.S. pipes and/or M.S. plates of different thickness all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

5mm to 8mm thick plate.

10mm thick plate.

12mm thick plate.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars; In ground floor including roof.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction; For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m; Tor steel/Mild Steel.

Hire charges of moveable crane with fuel & manpower having load handling capacity upto 14MT with 45 deg. Moveable arrangement & the boom length of 40 feets for loading & unloading of various materials / accessories of water supply works.For minimum engagement of 8 hrs. in a day.

Signaling arrangement at both sides of site to avoid any accident during working period 4 nos. red flags during sunlight at 4 corners and 2 nos. light (lamp) in other than sunlight.

Hire charges of lighting generator of capacity 5KVA including fuel, mobil, operator, carriage etc. including all complete for water supply works.For minimum engagement of 8 hrs. in a day.

Welding in M.S Structural work with gas or electric: Continuous weld.
