Drilling of 125 mm dia Machine Drilled Bore Well fitted with Hand Pump by way of:-

Shifting of all machinery at site, carriage. loading and un loading of accessories required for complete work, The job shall include all logistic support in terms of men, machinery and stores at site. The charges on account of loading/ unloading, shifting of men & machinery arranged. clearing of debris at site if needed leveling of ground required for smooth work. Haltage charges of the transport arranged for shifting of skilled and unskilled labors, men and machinery tocks and tackles up to site of work.

Drilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-l) with up to date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Supply, Providing, Fitting, assembling and Lowering in vertical position in above drilled bore of Mild Steel plain and beveled ended 125mm dia. (Class B) Casing pipes and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet, up to the drilled/desired depth. The whole casing pipe is inclusive of slotted pipe, which is to be used as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The pipe shall be lowered up to the desired level BGL. The average length of each pipe shall not exceed 3.00 Mts. The welding electrodes used for welding the pipe shall confirm to relevant IS codes. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of India Mark Il hand pump assembly comprising of cylinder, head, handle assembly, front cover, handle axle, washers, nuts/bolts, Gl riser, pipes, sockets and the Gi connecting rod as per requirement at site. The Length of riser, pipes lowered shall be between 8 and 10 in no.

Providing and laying of circular cement block of 1.5 m dia. and 0.3 m (1ft) deep in a mix of 1:3: 6 to adequate the strength to act as sanitary block for the well and grout the hand pump assembly in order to make it robust to resist shock load observed while pumping not available the surface area is adjusted accordingly . The block comprises mud mat of 4 inch height and then laying of 8 inch cement concrete with suitable drainage . and P/L of cement plaster in 1:4 mix to the above block to give aesthetically good appearance. Cost on account of stuttering, strutting, centring, curing etc. is included in the scope of work. In case the suitable space for the above specification is not available, the surface area is to be adjusted accordingly.
