ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/18) Ovreall size of almirah large steel is 1900 mm high , 910 mm wide and 490 mm deep. The MS Sheet used for making sides, front, drawers, partitions, base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 20 guage except the back which shall be 22 gauge. Three shelves shall be fixed at an equidistant positions as shown in drg. The locker of the almirah shall be provided with safety handle and lock. The front two doors of the almirah shall be fixed with 75 mm long hinges, three on each side with proper rivet and welding. The shelves shall be welded to sides and back of almirah internally as shown in drg. One chromium plated rod of 20 mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose. The entire almirah shall be treated with granular silver grey shade irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rest all as per drg.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES ( FD-1031) (a) Almirah shall be manufactured all as per details shown on drawing. All dimensions, shape and size shall be as shown in drawing. Overall size shall be 1985mm x 920mm x 485 mm (b) The base shall be made of twon numbers mild steel sheet channel base made in U shaped with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100 mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1.00 mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50 mm from each end of length of 920 mm and shall be upto full width of 485 mm of almirah. ( c) Top, side, bottom , back and shutter & portion of Almirah shall be made out of 01 mm thick mild steel sheet. (d) Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided 0f 1 mm thick mild steel sheet as shown on drawing. (e) Corners of Almirah shall be rounded. (f) Front Shutter shall have two leaves of equal size and side hung and shall have three butt hinges of 75 mm fixed on each shutter and shall be side hung. One Chromium plated steel handle 100 mm long and three way locking device having 125 mm long grip. 10 mm dia MS rod with 6 lever brass lock of Make Godrej/Harrison link shall be provided to shutter, all as shown on drawing.

(g) The legs shall be made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet of 100 mm wide irrespective as shown on drawing. (h) All joints and welding, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. The welding joints shall filled smooth before application of primer. the surface shall be throughly clenaed and prepared prior to application of paint. (j) All other items fitting and fixture shal be as shown on drawing. (k) All the mild steel surfaces after fabrication shall be througly cleaned and given a phosphate treatment confirming to IS - 1477 ( Part - 1) and finishing with epoxy polyester powder coating of approved colour of indigenous make confirming to IS - 13871 . The thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 70 micron ( 7 tank kporcess) and oven dried over al coat of Red oxide primer after smoothened the surfaces with sand paper. (l) Rest all as shown on drawing.

(b) The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base made in U shaped with ends covered and welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100 mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1.00 mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50 mm from each end of length of 765 mm and shall be upto full width of 440 mm of almirah. ( c) Top, side, bottom , back and shutter & portion of Almirah shall be made out of 01 mm thick mild steel sheet. BED HARD MAP (FD/E6/MAP/08) (a) Bed hard shall be manfactured all as per details shown. All dimensions shape and size shall be followed as per drawing. Overall size 2050 x 900 mm x 500 mm. ( b) The frame work including support shall be 38 mm MS square/ rectangular pipes 18 Gauge thick conforming to the size as shown on drawing. (c) Top of bed shall be 12 mm thick plywood 9 ply BWR type AA as per IS - 710 fixed with nuts and bolts of size 100 mm x 6 mm dia with washer. (d) Head board and foot board shall be 18 mm thick pre - laminated particle both side decorative finish shade exterior grade as per IS 12823 duly fitted with PVC edging ( not less than 4 mm thick to frame.) (e) The long rails and short rail be 25 mm x 65 mm rectangular tube of 18 gauge. (f) Legs shall be 38 mm x 38 mm MS Sqaure pipe 18 gauge shall be provided as shown on drawings. (g) Members of Bed shall be welded at joints all round with arc welding. (h) Irrespective of what so everything shown on drawing the following shall be provided : (i) In plan the external width of bed be read as 900 mm instead of 980 mm and the internal width of bed be read as 824 mm instead of 904 mm

(ii) In details 'A' the number of 25 x 25 mm square MS pipe shall be read as 04 Nos equal distance instead of 3 Nos. Inside elevation the height of the foot board shall be taken as 500 mm as shown in front elevatin of foot board instead of 400 mm. (j) All the mild steel surfaces after fabrication shall be throughly cleaned and given a phosphate treatment confirming to IS - 1477 (Part - 1) and finishing with epoxy polyster powder coating of approved colour of indigenous make confirming to IS - 13871 . The thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 70 micron ( 7 tank process) and oven dried over a coat of Red oxide primer after smoothened the surfaces with sand paper. (k) PVC Hard rubber shoes of best quality as approved by GE shall be provided to bottom of each leg. (l) Rest all as shown on drawing.

CHAIR DINING WITH CUSHION (FD/MAP-II/04) (a) All materials, dimensions, shape and size shall be as shown in drawing. (b) All wood work shall be made out of seasoned first class teak wood. Category- 1 (c) Seat shall be 75 mm thick foam cushion with 40 density covered with superior quality tapestry cloth approved by GE, of cost not less than Rs 500.00 per meter over 12 mm thick Plywood, BWR Grades , Type ''AA'' all as specified. Colour and texture of fabric shall be as approved by GE (d) All wood surfaces shall be Melamine finished with Matt finish. (e) rest all as shown in drawing.

CHAIR WRITING MAP (FD/E6/MAP/12) The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant..Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer.Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

COMPUTER CHAIR (FD/E6/MAP/01) The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Handrest shall be black integral skin PU reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.Rest all as per drg.and as per sample approved by BSO/GE

SIDE BOARD (FD-241) (a) Overall Size shall be 1220mm long, 455mm wide and 760 mm height. All wood work shall be first class hard MP teak wood well seasoned of 1st quality shall be used and free from knots & cracks (b) Sides and back drawer shall be 12 mm thick particle board having commercial ply on both side, bottom of drawers shall be of 6mm thick plywood commecial. The drawer shall run on 19mm X 19mm X 6mm thick ply. Front of drawer have 19mm teak veneer one face particle board. The shelf on left hand shall be of 18mm thick particle board commecial ply on both sides fitted on 19mm X 19mm X 18mm thick particle board with teak face one side and commecial prelaminated particle board with one side teak face. Back of side board shall be of 6mm thick commercail plywood. (c) Knob shall be minimum anodized 38mm dia recessed type magnetic catchers shall be provided for the shutters as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. (d) All exposed woodwork shall be French polished with high gloss finish. (e) Rest all as per drawing

TABLE BEDSIDE MAP (FD/E6/MAP/15(R)) (a) Table shall be manufactured all as per details shown on drawing. All dimensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drawing. (b) Overall all size shall be 500 m x 450 mm x 450 mm. (c) MS Square pipes 18 mm of 18 Gauge shall be provided for frame work for & legs of table (d) Front legs shall be of 500 mm height and Back legs shall be of 600 mm height. (e) Table top and sides shall be of 18 mm thick pre- laminated particle board exterior grade one side teak faced and other side balanced white confirming to IS – 12823 od approved make with PVC edging fixed to frame (f) Drawer shall be made out of 12 mm thick commercial plywood except front and bottom portion. Front portion of drawer shall be of 18 mm thick pre- laminated particle board and bottom shall be made of 6 mm plywood commercial. Drawer shall be provided with telescopic channels of mild steel of 1.25 mm thick, 20 x 25 mm hardwood stopper shall be provided to drawer. Fancy handles 100 mm long mild steel powder coated shall be provided to each drawer.

(g) Back of table bed side be made out of 6 mm plywood commercial. (h) Jointing of members shall be with counter sunk CP Screws 35 mm long. (j) All welded construction and steel work and all joint and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship and specification. (k) All the mild steel surfaces after fabrication shall be througly cleaned and given a phosphate treatment confirming to IS - 1477 ( Part - 1) and finishing with epoxy polyester powder coating of approved colour of indigenous make confirming to IS - 13871 . The thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 70 micron ( 7 tank process) and oven dried over a coat of Red oxide primer after smoothened the surfaces with sand paper. (l) PVC Hard rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to bottom of each leg (l) Rest all as shown on drawing.

TABLE CENTRE WITH GLASS TOP (FD-375) Overall size shall be 1200 mm long, 600 mm wide, 400 mm high. Legs shall be of 40 mm dia anodised brass legs, 4 in no in 1 piece. The legs shalll be joined in short and long sides with two no 25 mm dia brass pipes of wall thickness 02mm. The top pipe shall be fixed 150 mm from top and the lower pipe shall be at 100mm from bottom of top pipe. The brass frame shall be 900 mm long and 450mm wide. Vaccum rubber should be provided at top of legs, which shall be closed with brass sheet 1.6mm thick.

TABLE COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/03) Overall size shall be 900mm long,561 mm wide and 750mm high.All prelaminated particle board used in manufacturing of top ,shelves,drawers,tray shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated exterior grade board.The frame of table shall be of 25MM thick MS Pipe.The top of table shall be provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading.The legs shall be made out of 25mmx50mm MS rectangular CR pipe of 18 guage.Each leg shall be provided with rectangular PVC cover made to shape on front sides only.The legs shall also be provided with nylon buffers . All steel members / surface shall be powder coated.Rest all as per drg.

TABLE DINING 6 PERSON (FD/MAP-II/03) Overall size will be 1500mm X 900mm X 750mm.Top will be made of exterior grade. 18mm prelaminated MDF Board and having PVC lipping around. Timber used shall be seasoned teakwood Gde-I. All wood work and veneered surfaces should be french polished of hugh grade quality. 150X30X5 Th MS right angle screwed with Rail and leg for extra strength. Rest all as specified in drawing.

TABLE LADIES DRESSING WITH STOOL (FD/MAP-II/07) (a) All materials, dimensions, shape and size shall be as shown in drawing. (b) All wood work shall be made out of seasoned first class teak wood. Category- 1 ( c) Top shall be 18 mm thick plywood, BWR Grade, Type ''AA'' confirming to IS - 303. 6 mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided to the exposed edges of plywood. (d) Teakwood frame 25 x 20 mm section shall be provided all round mirror. 5 mm thick mirror of approved make duly electro copper plated on back of size as shown on drawing shall be provided. Plywood, BWR Grade, Type ''AA'' ISI marked of thickness indicated in drawing shall be provided as back for mirror as shown in drawing. (e) Cupboard : Front, sides and back of the cupboard shall be 18 mm thick and bottom of cupboard shall be 12 mm thick Plywood, BWR Grade, tupe ''AA" conforming to IS - 303.

(f) Drawer : Front of the drawer shall be 18 mm thick and sides & back of drawer shall be 12 mm thick Plywood, BWR Grades . Type ''AA'' conforming to IS - 303. Bottom of the drawer shall be 6 mm thick Ply. 2 Nos telescopic channels shall be provided for smooth running of drawer, 6 mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided to the exposed edges of Plywood. (g) Stool dressing : (i) Stool shall be of size 440 x 350 x 425 mm. (h) All specifications materials , dimensions shape shall be as shown.

TABLE PEG (FD - 277) Dimensions: Overall size shall be 450 mm long, 300 mm wide and 380 mm high. Description : Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30 mm x 50 mm . The legs shall be 362 mm high. 5 mm x 5 mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Top rails of section 20 mm x 40 mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. Two bottom rails of size 20 mm x 40 mm shall be fixed between the legs . A centre stiffeners of size 20 x 40 mm shall be provided the centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg. Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated exterior grade board of approved shade 4 mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided around the top edges of table. FINISH : All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with lacquer finish. Rest all as per drg.

TEAPOY (FD - 278) Teapoy shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg and as specified in particular speciication and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. Timber : All wood work shall be of kin seasoned 1st class hardwood teak throughout except the top which shall be of melamine faced prelaminated particle board 18mm thick exterior grade having ISI marking on the edges. Exposed edging of board shall be covered with 4 mm thick teak wood edging around as directed by GE. Rubber ring : Rubber ring shall be hard and of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25 mm long steel screws of suitable size Finishing : All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be of french polished except inner side of top which shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (shade as approved by GE) 1st quality over a coat of pink primer All other items / fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms/pattern
