Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.1 mm thick

Providing and fixing 4.5 mm hard board sheet ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid for separately) Standard Quality board

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position : Budloo / Fir wood

Providing and fixing Exhaust Fan of approved make and design ( As per the direction of Engineer - incharge )

Providing and fixing PTMT liquid soap container 109 mm wide, 125 mm high and 112 mm distance from wall of standard shape with brackets of the same materials with snap fittings of approved quality and colour, weighing not less than 105 gms.
