Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) for all kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m for depth exc 1.5 m but n exc. 3.0 m from base complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Strong face Gabion units of 1 m height made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh as per IS 16014:2024, MORTH clause 2500 of required sizes, Mesh type 10cm x12cm with mesh opening tolerances -10% to +10%, Mesh wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm(ID/OD), (higher wire diameter for front panel), 90% Zn + 10% Al + High abrasion resistance polymer coated, mechanically edged/selvedged ,with partition at 1 m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of mesh openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), Polymer coated wire mesh, when subjected to neutral salt spray test in accordance with ISO 9227, after 10,000 hours of exposure the mesh should not exhibit more than 5% Dark Brown Rust (DBR) and polymer should be resistant to abrasion after 300 cycles and shall not expose metal wire. The third-party testing for abrasion resistance of polymer coating on mesh must be accredited and verified by any IITs/NITs institute in strict accordance with the procedure outlined in ASTM A 975., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Gabion mattress made of Mechanically woven, metallic coated (galvanized with zinc in accordance with IS 4826) steel wire conforming to IS 280, Double Twisted, Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh of Mesh type 6cm X 8cm (D=60 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) 90% Zn+ 10% Al alloy + High Abrasion Resistant Polymer coated, with prefabricated vertical ties, Mesh wire dia 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD), Mechanically edged/selvedged, with partition of pleated diaphragm 1 m interval and shall have minimum 16 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, Polymer coated wire mesh, when subjected to neutral salt spray test in accordance with ISO 9227, after 10,000 hours of exposure the mesh should not exhibit more than 5% Dark Brown Rust (DBR) and polymer should be resistant to abrasion after 300 cycles and shall not expose metal wire (The third-party testing for abrasion resistance of polymer coating on mesh must be accredited and verified by any IITs/NITs institute in strict accordance with the procedure outlined in ASTM A 975), with minimum mesh tensile strength of 37kN/m and punch strength of 21kN, as per IS 16014:2018, IRC SP 116:2018 and MORTH Clause 2500, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2 mm (ID/OD) (supplied @3% by weight of Gabion mattress), excluding boulder quantity, including cost of all material, machinery, labour, T&P, cost of other incidental charges and testing as per relevant specifications etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Design, supply and installation of Gabion facia unit with 3m integrated tail as secondary reinforcement for reinforcement soil system as per Morth clause 3100, made of mechanically woven, double twisted, hexagonal shaped wire mesh, Mesh complying with IS 16014-2024, Mesh type (Maximum) 8x10(opening) with partitions at 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 Nos of mesh opening per metre of mesh perpendicular to twist, Zn + High abrasion resistance polymer coated Mesh wire dia 2.7/3.7mm(ID/OD), Polymer coated shall be able to withstand on average greater than 300 cycle by linear abrading action and shall not expose metal wire in accordance with the procedure describe in IS 16014-2024(The third party testing of abrasion resistance of polymer coating of mesh must be accredited and verified by any Indian institute of technology (IITs) with adequate testing facility in strict accordance with the procedure outlined in IS 16014-2024) with minimum mesh tensile strength (parallel to twist) of 42KN/m and punch strength of 25KN as per IS 16014-2024, IRC SP 116:2018 and Morth clause 2500, tying with lacing wire of dia 2.2mm, supplied @ 5% by weigh of the facia unit, as per detailed specification conforming to IS 16014-2024, in vogue all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- For Serial item No 8, 9, 10 & 11 (a) Filling of rocks shall be measured and paid under respective item. (b) Front face shall be neatly packed with good facia rocks for the facing of gabion wall/mattress. (c) Cost of testing included in quoted rates.
Supply and installation of Non-woven needle punched Geotextile filter media behind Gabion/Reinforced soil wall, behind gabion fascia and below Gabion units as per MoRTH 700 Type-I geotextile made of poly propylene or similar fibre manufactured through machine made process of heat bending or needle punching technique and tensile strength 7KN/m weight not less than 150gm/Sqm as per manufacturer specification. The width of geotextile roll shall not be less than 4.5 m, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying drainage composite for use behind walls, between two different fills etc. having three dimensional composite with thermos bonding a draining core having “N/W” configuration in extruded monofilaments of minimum thickness 8mm, with two filtering UV stabilized polypropylene nonwoven geotextile of minimum thickness of 0.75mm characteristic opening size (O90) of 150 micron and tensile strength of 8.0 kN/m that will be working as separation or protecting layer, Geocomposite having in plane flow capacity of 2.1 L / (m.s) at hydraulic gradient of 1.0 & 20 kPa pressure and tensile strength of 28 kN/m, with mass per unit area of 1400 gsm, having minimum creep reduction factor of 1.15 for 100 years life at 100 kPa, at easily accessible location including top and bottom, with all leads and lifts, manpower and machinery, materials, labour etc. complete as per detailed technical specifications complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying subsurface drainage pipes behind the reinforced soil structure with perforated PVC pipe (lined with Non -woven Geotextile) of 160 mm internal diameter complete all as specified and as directed.
Bringing approved earth(as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royality if any, transportation, taxes etc. for area filling/forming embankments including raising(any height from EGL)/lowering by approved earth and including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 15cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with using surface/plate vibrator/hand roller to density greater than or equal to 95% modified proctor value and finished to required size and shape etc. any high/depth from EGL. Notes: (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 MES Schedule Part-II, it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation / compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (iv) Total quantity/partial quantity of earth may not be available in Dimapur area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area and it is advised to quoted the rate considering availability of soil and its lead involved. (v) The roller/compacting equipments shall be approved by GE.
Supply and filling boulder of size 150mm to 250mm tying of geotextile with lacing wires placing of geotextile at the back side etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation & submission of soil investigation report in sixupulate by conducting soil investigation after making bore holes 150 mm dia in any type of soil up to max 15m depth or upto the depth of refusal, collecting, disturbed and undisturbed samples, conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at interval of 1.5m thereafter or on change of strata and laboratory test like CBR test, Direct/Triaxial shear test, Grain distribution curves & pattern in bore holes, Type of soil, C value, Bulk density, Natural moisture content, Dry density, Water table, Specific gravity, Atterberg limit, Hydrometer analysis, Liquid & Plastic limit, Swelling Index, Evaluation of liquifaction potential IS-1893 Part I -2016. Note : (i) Each bore hole will be measured upto depth of refusal or 15.00 m whichever is earlier. (ii) Rate includes mobilsation of T&P as per requirement and direction of the Engr-in-Charge.
Conducting Plate Load Test (Trial pit size 1.2m x 1.2m x 1.5m) evaluate safe bearing capacity of soil and modulus of sub grade reaction as per IS specification incl completion of field work and lab test result and submission of report in Sixupulate.
Compilation of Field and Laboratory test results, Preparation of reports, Recommendation for depth of embedment, water table, submission of all report booklets 06 (Six) copies with CD 01 (One) copy including photographs & videography duly indicating the following :- (a) (i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of the soil with respect to shear failure test and permissible settlement (Total and Differential) alongwith recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted for subject work. (ii) Specific suggestions if any for Soil Treatment if required below foundation /ground floor / roads and type of treatment to be carried out. (iii) Bore log diagram duly showing the different layers of strata met alongwith their depths. (iv) Following point to included in SSI report (Not comprehensive, appropriate date information) may be added as per requirement. (b) Following points to be included in SSI report (not comprehensive, appropriate data/information) may be added as per requirement:- (i) Introduction. (ii) Objection of the geotechnical investigations. (iii) Details of the proposed structures & locations of BH & Plate load test. (iv) Site conditions in brief. (v) Field investigations & result thereof. (vi) Laboratory test results. (vii) Soil profile. (viii) Allowable bearing capacity based on ‘N’ value’ c Ø value and permissible settlement with sample calculations complete. (ix) Liquefaction analysis with calculations. (x) Foundation alternatives duly tabulated building wise (xi) Clear recommendations duly vetted by any IITs/NITs institute. A table showing building name. BH No depth & coordinate of the BH corrected SPT ‘N’ values and the recommended SBC and clear recommendations for depth and type foundation including any required soil improvement matching with the site plan should form part of the recommendation. (xii) Annexure including bore logs, C- Ø and indicated for BHs, likelihood of water-logging at site must also be checked. (xiii) If the soil/water has high (more than permissible) contents of sulphate, chlorides or any other deleterious material, the same should be brought out the appropriate recommendation be offered. The required chemical analysis needs to be undertaken for the same. (xiv) All relevant IS code on the subject should be followed and mentioned at appropriate places.
Vetting of geotechnical investigation report from any NIT(National Institute of Technology)/IITs(Indian Institute of Technology) and submitted in Six numbers/sets and soft copy before construction of wall to GE 868 EWS for approval of accepting officer.
Designing of architectural and structural drawings of entire slope protection scheme from reputed consultant / agency and all relevant arch and structural drawings as in proper scale showing each and every details /measurements/ dimensions etc and submit the same in six numbers/sets. Scheme and structural drawings should be vetted from any NIT(National Institute of Technology)/IITs(Indian Institute of Technology) and submitted in six numbers/sets in hard as well as soft copy before start the construction of wall to Accepting Officer for approval .However, similar nature of drawings are uploaded for reference only. Note:- contractor shall consult with So1(Design) /Dir (Design) of this HQ on drawings before going ahead for vetting to avoid any correction at the time of final submission.
Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Soling (or sub-base) 200mm thick (Spread thickness) two layers each layer of 100mm thick compacted separately with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed rolled and consolidated to required Gradient and Camber with power roller 8 to 12 Tonne complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness ) WMM laid in two layers of 75 mm each Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for preparing of WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Square Metre complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Bituminous Macadam using min 4.5% VG 30 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. swe eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Square Metre complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen(VG-30) as a binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
