SUB HEAD - I : Facility Management Services Contract.

Facility management services for all Internal and External Electrical installations at New Domestic Terminal Building and its ancillary buildings etc. to ensure satisfactory serviceabilty through providing man power (as per clause No. 39 of SCC) for attending minor faults/ repair/replacement of defective components/ maintenance of LT feeders at switch rooms, point/circuit/sub main wiring, switches, lamps, chokes, fixtures, DB's (Required replacement of materials shall be issued by AAI ) i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, insulation tape, other sundry material etc. as required for cleaning at site. including ensuring 100 % serviceability of EI installations in passenger movement area, routine and general preventive maintenance, maintenance of records / log books and reporting as and when required ,effective supervision, upkeeping of all switch rooms etc.on round the clock basis on all days including Sundays and holidays as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge as per the terms and conditions of contract covered under the agreement. Two Years (01.12.2020 to 30.11.2022)

(Required replacement of materials shall be issued by AAI) i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, insulation tap, other sundry material etc., as reuired for cleaning at site including ensuring 100% serviceability of EI installations in passenger movement area, routing and general preventive maitenance, maintenance of records/ log books and reporting as and when required, effective supervision, keeping of all switch rooms etc. on round clock basis on all days including sundays and holidays as specified and as directed by Engineering-in-charge as per the terms and conditions of the contract covered under the agreement. SUB HEAD-II: Rate contract for DSR SCHEDULE ITEMS as on when required basis.

(Separate man power other than man power mentioned in SH-I should be deputed as on when required basis) .

Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of rates (E &M) - 2018 as on when required for a fixed amount for 02 years as mentioned below following sub heads: Chapter-1 - WIRING Chapter-2 - MCCB, MCB & DB'S Chapter-5 -EARTHING Chapter-7 -MV CABLE LAYING Chapter-9 -MV CABLE JOINTING & END TERMINATION Chapter-11 - POLE ERECTION Chapter-14 - MISC. CIVIL ITEMS. Note: Rate shall be quoted for 02 Years in the Indian Rupees only, payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 20,00,000.00 as clarified below: (Example If desired to quote 5% above on DSR- 2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 21,00,000.00 If desired to quote 5% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.19,00,000.00) Two Years (01.12.2020 to 30.11.2022)

SUB HEAD - III : Rate contract for NON SCHEDULE ITEMS as on when required basis.

(Separate man power other than man power mentioned in SH-I should be deputed as on when required basis) .

Rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire, varnishing, baking, overhauling, replacement of ball bearings, capacitor, greasing, refitting etc. of following fans as required:

a) 600mm Sweep aircirculators

b) 450mm Sweep aircirculators

c) 1200mm Sweep ceiling fan

d) 400mm Sweep wall mounting/pedestal fan

e) 300 mm Exhaust fan

f) 450 mm Ehuast fan

g) Roof air extractor (Up to 5 HP)

Calibration of following Electrical measuring instruments and producing certificate regarding calibration etc., as required.

a) Lux meter

b) Clamp meter

c) Insulation Tester

d) Multimeter

e) Earth tester

Overhauling and Servicing of ACB's of L&T, C&S/GE make of following capacities provided in the various LT Panels by Deploying Authorised Sevice Personnel of Manufactures/ Service Dealer/ Specialised Agencies cleaning of ACB's Opening ithe same inspection, servicing, cleaning of contact surfaces acr fhutes overhauling of doeppraint mechanism, lubrications of moving parts, Checking of UV Coils Trip Circuits, Checking of Control Circuits , testing and commissiong etc. as required.

(a) Dismantling of existing 25-30 mtr high mast along with lumminairies, lightening finial, aviation of obstruction lights, Galvanised lantern carriage arrangement, control gear, double drum winch 6 mm dia SS wire rope trailing cable, mannual handle and shifting the same to required location as per the instruction EIC.

(b) ITC of the existing 25-30 mtr high mast system including Luminaire along with lumminairies, lightening finial, aviation of obstruction lights, Galvanised lantern carriage arrangement, control gear, double drum winch 6 mm dia SS wire rope trailing cable, mannual handle. complete as required.

(c) SITC of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.

(d) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M25 concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.

(e) Supply of 6mm Stainless Steel Rope

(f) Supply of Five Core 4Sq.mm Copper flexible cable

Repair of existing DB's by replacing required accessories like Hinges, magnetic locks and providing handles for opening DB's including painting with approved colour of two coats etc., as required.

Providing lettering for LT Panel boards, DB's, Street light Pole as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc., as required.

Spray Painting of LT feeder pillars/DB's at NDTC and NITC car park with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, quality and brand including scrapping, cleaning and providing metal primer on the surface, etc., as required.

Servicing and replacement of defective Stainless steel hand drier spares like Euronics, Kallerians & Anand make and the spares will be supplied from AAI stores etc., as required.

Painting of 4 Mtr height Street light pole at NDTC and NITC car park with two coats of Aluminium paint of approved shade, quality and brand including scrapping, cleaning and providing metal primer on the surface, etc., as required.

SUB HEAD - III : Rate contract for NON SCHEDULE ITEMS as on when required basis.

Supply of 8Watts 2Pin LED Lamp operating on 230Volts, 50Hz etc., as required.

Supply of 7W LED lamp cool day light B22-14 Cap Philips make or equivalent.

Supply of 250 watts Metal Halide Lamp, Philips make HPIT- Plus 250 W or equivalent.

Supply of Open Type Ballast for 1X 250 W SON/MHN/CDM lamp, philips make Cat No. BSN 250 M 363 or equivalent.

Supply of Panel lock having size of 20mm dia with key.

Supply of Panel Indication Lamp - LED type, Size:22.5mm,operating on 230VAC, Gen Next LED L&T make or equivalent.

a) Supply of LED panel indication lamps (Red)

b) Supply of LED Panel indication lamps (Amber)

c) Supply of LED panel indication lamps (Blue)

Supply of Stainless steel Hand drier spares for various makes like Euronics, Kallerians and Anand or equivalent.
