Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2019-2020 to 2023-2024 TURNOVER

Should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least ONE similar work such as CONSTRUCTION OF PAVERS/DRAIN WORK to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work(2.28 LAKH). i.e., 2019-2020 to 2023-2024.

liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.1.4lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)

Eligible Tenderers will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under where Assessed available tender capacity ( AxNx2.5 - B )
