Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, hold fasts and other attachments etc. complete and stacking them within 20 Metres lead not exceeding 3 Sq.M. in area. complete with in all leads and lifts. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonary for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angle chamber and orrounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in Cement Mortor 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Sand) complete with in all leads and lifts. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door ,window ,ventilators and partitions with extruded build up standard tubular and other section of apporoved make conforming to IS 733 and IS1285 anodised transparent or dyed to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and secrews or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions ,at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rustfree, straight , mitred and jionted machanically where eve r required including cleat angle,aluminium,snap beading for glazinge/penelling C.P. brass/stainless screws. etc and complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for shutters of doors windows and including providing and fixing hinges /pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings.where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fitting and glazing/panelling shall be paid for seperately) complete in all lead and lift and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing wook work in Door Window clerestory window and other frame in position 2nd class deodar wood for chowkhat of door window within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necesssary plan glass 5 mm thick including all leads and lifts as per Direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and fixing MS wire gauge (Mosquito Jali) of 15 gauge with wire of dia 0.56 mm to window and clearstory window complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. up to 200 millimeters in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Edge of Slab lintels etc.within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
