WORK FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AND PATROLLING OF 132 KV LINES UNDER ETD DHAMPUR.

Work for annual maintenance & patrolling of 132 KV lines under ETD Dhampur.

Regular Tower to Tower ground patrolling and Tower top patrolling wherever required of following 132 KV lines, detection of defects like missing/theft tower members, hot point, puncture insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/earthwire, checking of foundation & position of tree in the corridor of 27 meter of the line. Patrolling shall be done trimonthly basis i.e.04 times in a year. i) 132 KV Nehtaur (220 KV)-Najibabad line- 33 Kms. ii) 132 KV Nehtaur (400 KV)-Najibabad line- 26 Kms. iii) 132 KV Nehtaur (220 KV)-Fazalpur line- 35 Kms. iv) 132 KV Nehtaur (220 KV)-Nagina line- 16.50 Kms. v) 132 KV Nehtaur (400 KV)-Nagina line- 23.566 Kms. Total=33+26+35+16.50+23.566= 134 Kms., 4x134= 536 Kms.

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed computerized performa in 1 set (having 5 nos. copies) after each patrolling duly binded along with one soft copy.

Lopping, chopping of trees in the 27 Meters corridor of line and stacking of above cuttings at proper palce far from the line

Fixing of missing towar parts on the above Lines of different type of tower including cutting,Fabrication of angle irons as per actul requirement at site then fitting of fabricated tower in place of missing tower parts on different tower with nut & bolt. This work also include carriage of angle irons from store of ETD, Dhampur to actul site of work and returned of surplus iron to store of division,iron angle, nut & bolt will be provided by department free of cost.

Replacement of damaged/puncture/polymer/disc insulators string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. All the manpower & T&P shall be provided by tenderers for completion of work. A) For Suspension String

Thermovision scanning by high resolution infrarad camera (min.resolution 240x320) using tele photo lens of 7-14 degre (min.distance 150 mtr) of all section tower jumpers of line including all mid span joints/repaires sleeve and shunt during load condition and providing report in hard and soft copy format of above once in a year.

Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers.

Repairing of damaged ACSR Panthar Conductor by jointing with one number repair sleeve including lowering down conductor and re-stringing of same with all associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Tightening & bolting of jumpers of R, Y & B phase of tension towers of 132 KV lines.

Strengthening of earthwire/OPGW including replacement/tightening of suspension clamp as per site requirement.

Clearing of nest from the tension tower insulator and cross arms of suspension tower from formed by birds.

Back filling of earth across the tower foundation wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. and its tranportation up to the site.

Emergency patrolling of 132 KV lines during tripping to detect the exact fault location & type of fault.

Attending breakdown of broken ACSR Panther conductor by jointing it with mid span joint/dead end compression joint including lowering down of conductor and compressing of repair sleeve/mid span/dead end compression joints and restringing of the same up to 2.5 Km. to complete the job satisfactorily.

Attending breakdown of earthwire/tightening loose earthwire up to 01 Km.

Removing of kite strings/chineese manjha from 132 KV lines.

Strengthing of conductor through shunt (max. Length 02 meter) Panther conductor with approprate numbers of Panther to Panther PG Clamp.
