EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed. (Hard Soil )

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4"x41/4"x21/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Basement

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for etc., complete. Grade Beam

For Roof slab, lintel, beam

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand complying the Standard specification

Brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm brick jelly with slacked lime in the ratio of 32:12.5 including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing , laying ,and finishing etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Distembering two coats with best approved distember including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying of steel doors, windows, ventilators etc., with best approved best quality etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Doors D1(1.20x2.10)m

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 Sq.mm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conducutor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories inflush with wall with 150 mm X 100 mm X 113 mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylum sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non interlocking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point SD 36

Supply and run of 2 of 1.50 sq.mm (22/0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper Conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20GI bearer wire for service connection mains SD 64
