Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work Kankar, moorum shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc., up to all heights stacking the excavated earth not more 3 meters clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required into plinth and sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to including all leads and lifts complete in all respect and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in trenches centrifugal cast ductile iron (spun) pressure pipes as IS: 8329/2000 class K-7 duly ISI marked, inside cement mortar lined suitable for tyton push onjoints for sewer lines including cutting of pipe. Chamfering where required (eath work in tranches and jointing of pipe to be measured and paid for seperately)including carriage up to the site of work, testing etc, complete in all respect as per instruction of the Engineer-in- charge. Dismanting of old 150 mm dia DI pipe sewer line in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in tranches centrifugal cast ductlie iron fitting IS 9523/2000 class A series K-12 inside cement motar lined suitable for tyton (push on joints) for sewer, such as socketed bends of all degrees, socketed Tees, collars and all other required fittings, including carrage up to site of work, testing complete as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge(earth work in trenches and jointing of pipes to be measured and paid for seperately).

Providing tyton (Push on joints) to Ductile iron pipes and fittings including the testing of the joints cost of rubber gasket (SBR quality) conforming to IS 12820/1989 (150 mm dia)

Constructing manhole with R.C.C. top slab 15 mm thick in 1:1:5:3 mix ( 1cement: 1:5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 15 cm thick foundation concrete thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) inside plastering 15mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1cement: 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished smooth complete including curing and testing as per drawings.

Inside size 900 mm x 600 mm and 600 mm deep including SFRC cover with frame HD-20 (steel fiber-reinforced concrete Manhole cover & frame) confirming to IS 12592 Part I & II-1988 with upto date amendments 130mm thick.

With 15 cm thick wall of RCC 1:1:5:3 ( 1cement: 1:5 sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work and reinforcement as per the drawing including excavation actual as per site.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded aggregate stone ) 20mm nominal size in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 sand). complete including all leads and lifts complete in all respect. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
