Taking down rolling shutter push pull or manual type and re-fixing the same in position after necessary repairs such as cleaning , oiling, greasing, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required / welding grinding for smooth functioning of shutter and making good any damage to the existing shutters to the following opening:- (a) Area of Shutters exceeding 5 Sqm but not exceeding 10 Sqm each.

Taking down rolling shutter gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle and re-fixing the same in position after necessary repairs such as cleaning , oiling, greasing, replacement of rusted nuts and bolts with required / welding grinding for smooth functioning of shutter and making good any damage to the existing shutters to the following opening:- (a) Area of Shutters not exceeding 10 Sqm each.

(b) Area of Shutters exceeding 10 Sqm but not exceeding 20 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

(c) Area of Shutters exceeding 20 Sqm but not exceeding 30 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

(d) Area of Shutters exceeding 30 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description and size as in purlins, stanchions, plate etc not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular pipes stanchions, purlins including special shaped , including special shaped washer etc. complete using or including butt welded tuber cum forming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade st - 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Repair to existing hanger sliding door shutter, each exceeding 5.0 m but not exceeding 10 M height straightening of worn-out top & bottom rails, replacing of unserviceable rollers,including oiling, greasing & cleaning of rails,tightening/replacing the loose nut and bolts, necessary /required welding, replacement of broken locking arrangement etc and positioning of door shutter in same opening for smooth functioning of hanger door shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Repair to existing hanger sliding door shutter, each exceeding 2.00 m but not exceeding 5.00 M height straightening of worn-out top & bottom rails, replacing of unserviceable rollers,including oiling, greasing & cleaning of rails, tightening/replacing the loose nut and bolts, necessary /required welding, replacement of broken locking arrangement etc and positioning of door shutter in same opening for smooth functioning of hanger door shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MS chain of size 20mm x20mm and 1.50 to 2.00m long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel ball bearings roller of existing size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair MS Flat iron handle of 500mm long suitable for operating hangar door/steel doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 40 mm bore M S Pipe “medium grade for rolling shutter for smooth functioning, of old rolling shutter all as directed.

S&F in repairs steel spring of suitable size for old rolling shutter and including smooth functioning and removal of old steel spring from site all as directed.

S&F in repairs in rolling shutters top cover fabricated to required shape and size made out of 1.00 mm (20 gauge) thick M S sheet including necessary fixtures and fastening with one shop coat of redoxide primer of length upto 3.00 Mtr complete all as directed.

Ditto all as in Sl Item No 12 above but length exc 3.00 Mtr but n' exc 5.00 Mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gear box assembly for rolling shutter including rod, required nuts, bolts, cleats, crank handle etc. complete of standard make and fixed in position including one coat of primer including removal of old gear box assembly and other accessories all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable rolling shutter complete of any size and any type and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolling shutter with thickness of laths 1.25 mm including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one coat of primer and erect with gear operated type with bevel gear box with rod and crank handle, with 1.25 mm thick laths complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain / Galvalum sheet, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick work of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L for square rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement morgtar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

Labour only for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depressions on face from a stright edge not exc. 20 mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to SR walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cment mortor 1:6 on fair faces of stone masonary or concrete surfaces is to be finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with screws to ceiling timber frame work or with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid (size 605 x 605 mm) frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated/decorated external wall surfaces of any storeys / height and applying one coat of cement based paint in different tints in sigma/camouflage pattern as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth as in steel gate, fencing post, gates hangars, steel door etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with appropriated arrangements of shuttering to reach any height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed.
