Eligibility : OEM or authorized dealers of OEM to quote only. Bidders other than OEM should attach a Tender specific authorization certificate from OEM along with their offer.The performance of the same or similar item for at least 20% of tender quantity in preceding three years against single order will be uploaded with an offer. In support of performance the copy of CRN/CRC or TPI inspection certificate of offered same or similar item to be uploaded otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected. Technical specification of offer Make/Brand to be uploaded along with offer. Clause 16.4, 16.5 & 28.0 of general Tender Condition of Eastern Railway to be followed in this case
The cost of AMC must be mentioned with price separately which will be paid after completion of AMC. If not quoted separately, offer may be rejected.
The CRIS firm shall collect the client software on a bootable pen drive from the CRIS office and load it onto the client systems.
The firm must provide details of the offered KIOSK with Accessories in the format provided in the Annexure-A in Documents file; failing which the offer is liable to be rejected
The supply, installation, and commissioning of desktops, thin clients, monitors with accessories, and distribution of items shall be carried out at the following crew lobby locations: HWH-4, BWN-3, RPH-3, AZ-2, PKR-2, KWAE-2, BDC-2, TAK-2, BHP-2, DKAE-2. Installation and commissioning are to be done directly at the locations mentioned.
At the time of installation, the supplier shall provide training to familiarize the concerned Railway staff at each site for operation of the equipment.
