M & L for providing pre-cast cement concrete landing, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, shelves and similar items with plain faces in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L extra for framing fair finished drain or channel upto 60cm in inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc.

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, Make : conplast x 421 IC of M/s Foroc Chemical (Inida) Ltd or its equivalent of make Dr Fixit/ STP Ltd.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4 ) old size bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite( of any size) work in cooking plate form and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying floor finish.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 15 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F Powder coating Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators,partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc above to (minimum thickness of owder coating 50 micron) . complete all as specified.

S&F Powdser coating Anodised aluminium partition,door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron). complete all as specified.

S&F Anodized aluminium snap grid of size 605mmx605mm (Powder coated) frame work for false ceiling,all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of PVC Armstrong Board 12mm thick size 605mm x 605mm in ceiling fixed to aluminium frame work all complete as per manufacturer’s instructions.

S&F 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame workall as specified and directed.

S&F 5.5mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing fixing of aluminium frame work in square exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane.

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4, type b2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base of floor .

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg of cement per sqm

M&L Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles of 10mm thick and area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in skirting over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 dado/skirting including taking down old plaster surfaces finished all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and fair without using extra cement. Note:- supply only of water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces in cement mortar 1:4 to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete sur-faces in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement).

M&L Vitrified ceramic light shade tiles of 10mm thick and area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm for flooring over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic heavy duty industrial tiles of size 400 x 400 x 10 mm to 12mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.

Preparation of new plasterd surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from wall by scrapping, washing doen etc and applying two coat of Distemper oil emultion white or tinted over one coat of primer over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing the new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of interior wall care putty all as specified and as directed

S&F 110MM PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes class NP2 of 600mm bore laid and jointed complete with collers incl demolition all as specified and directed

Supply and fix post top lantern (warm light) LED type 40W 230 volt AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.
