Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, ordinary earth, earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, sprading, levelling sectioning breaking clods etc., incuding all incidential changes complete as per standard specification for foundation SS 20B

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm guage hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90X60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 X25 X 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10X6.5cm spaced @ about90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2. for the following items. (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular / square, Tee / Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc.,)

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and fabrication and placing in position of TMT steel roads to required size and length as directed by the departmental officers including cost of binding wire, cutting, bending and tying with proper position etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6) VII-3,

PLASTERING walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc. complete.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Cement paint of first quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including preparing the surface, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
