10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to Ist floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (a) In cement mortar 1:4

Item No.2(a)- Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortaar droppings and other foreign matters and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Item No.2(b)- Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Item No.2(c)- Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface (one coat) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose or softened paint.

Item No.2 (d) - Extra over item no. (b) and (c ) above for every subsequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufactured.

Wall painting (one coat) with Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved band and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) on old wall surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. (i) Plastic emulsion paint of approved band and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac).

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. (i) Surface over 100mm in width or girtrh. (a) General purpose (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac).

Providing, fitting and fixing steel window/ ventilator (openable) of standard rolled steel sections as per relevent IS Code-1038 joints mitered and welded with 15mm x3mmx100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges ( not more than 65mm and not less than 15 mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg stays of 300mm long etc, complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing fitting and fixing fully glazed window without intermediate sash bars including oxidised M.S. butt hinges (75mmx60mmx3.15mm) 2 nos. on each leaf and 3 nos. on single leaf (glass panes to be measured and paid seperately.

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other simillar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonary wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast( 40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embedded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contct with C.C. and masonary as directed and specified. (a) With 1st class timber ( Bonsum/Sundi)

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the wals as directed for all levels. (a) Area of the door//window up to 3.00m2

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in width /girth after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. a) with ready mixed paint,wood primer (pink).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on new and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/J&N paint/Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. Providing fitting and fixing factory made exterior type fully panelled single leaf door shutters of approved brand conforming to relevent IS code having kiln seasoned and vacuum pressure treated Hollock/Bonsum/Sundi rail and styles with panel of Anchor brand 12mm thick veneered Teak wood particle board bonded with phenol- formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to relevent IS code including 4 nos. of oxidised iron butt hinges (100mmx75mmx3.55mm) to each leaf complete (i) 30mm thick.

Providing, fitting & fixing M.S. grill of required pattern for windows/ clerestory windows/openings with M.S. flats at required spacing in frame all round, square or round M.S. bars with round headed bolts and nuts or screws. (a ) Fixed to Brick work/P.C.C/R/C.C.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ICI paint/ J&N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. i) Surface over 100mm in width or girth. (a) General purpose (Asian paint/Berger/ICI/J&N/Nerolac)

Providing and fixing plain with special metal, sachputty and glazing clip in steel window/doors/clerestory windows including necessary cutting to required sized for all floors. (1) Clear sheet glass panes (i) 4.00mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mmx40mmx5mm fabricated welded, mitred and jointed as per relevent IS codes including fitting 8 nos. of M.S. hold fast, providing closing/ holding device for 2 nos. tower bolts of door for each side and 1 no. for fitting and fixing Aldrop (for single leaf) to the frame for fixing the door to the frame, applying primer to all steel surfaces fixing the frame to the wall/R.C.C. members by embedding the holdfast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed.( Door hinges to be paid as per relevent item of the schedule of rates.)
