Complete rewinding of Stator of Induction Motor (Kirloskar make) 600 KW, 995 RPM, 604A, 690 V for Mills. Using class ‘H’ insulation with Global Vacuum Pressure Impregnation process (GVPI) and super enameled Polyester Imide & Polyimide amide Dual Coat Thermal Class Insulation ‘H’ class 200⁰C Specification: IS 4800PT XIII Fiber Glass covered rectangular copper strip as per original design, its pre-baking, baking, Gel coating and testing.
Complete overhauling of Rotor cleaning, chemical washing, vanishing, baking, varnishing, gel coating with Global Vacuum Pressure Impregnation process (GVPI)and testing including computerized Dynamic balancing of Induction Motor (Kirloskar make) 600 KW, 995 RPM, 604A, 690 V for Mills.
Complete repairing & re-sleeving of end covers both DE and NDE side including built up and machining of bearing size.
Complete repairing & rebuilding of bearing seat on rotor shaft DE side including machining as per bearing size.
Complete overhauling of Blower assembly with motor including cleaning, chemical washing, baking, varnishing, gel coating with GVPI and computerized dynamic balancing as per IS
