Notes: 1. Before quoting, the bidder shall visit the site and make himself familiar with the site, nature, conditions and quantum / scope of work involved. You may contact Incharge, Engineering Services, AMD ER (Contact No: 06572296276-234) for site visit. 2. The rates quoted shall include cost of all materials, labour, loading charges, unloading charges of feeder pillars, transportation, hoisting, tools, tackles & installation including all taxes (except EPF &ESI) and other charges if any. No extra payment over and above the rate quoted shall be made to the contractor in this respect. 3. The workers employed for the work shall strictly follow all safety measures as stated in safety code of this tender and also as per DAE safety code. 4.The Contractor shall adhere to the provisions of applicable labour laws such as Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, Minimum Wages Act, 1948, Employees State Insurance Act, Equal Remuneration Act, 1970 and rules made there under. 5.Contractor has to pay minimum wages, EPF & ESI to the manpower deployed for the work as per state/ central government orders issued from time to time. The actual amount paid towards EPF & ESI shall be reimbursed to him by the Department after satisfying that it has been actually and genuinely paid by the contractor. The bidder should not consider EPF & ESIC in his rates. 6. The contractor shall ensure that all the persons executing the electricalwork have valid electrical license.

Dismantling of the following feeder pillars by disconnecting 1.1KV grade PVC insulated 4/3.5 core armored aluminum incoming/ outgoing cables of various sizes by proper marking for easy reconnection/ retermination with the new feeder pillars without causing any damage to the the cables and shifting of the dismantling feeder pillars to an earmarked area as per the requirement together with the cost of labour, miscellaneous items required for marking/ bunching, tools & plants complete and as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Feeder pillar 1 consisting of 1 No 400A TPN SFU incomer, Aluminum bus bar, HRC Fuses,9Nos LT cables from 3.5C X 185 Sq.mm to 4CX 10Sq.mm and various aluminum/ copper wires ranging 6 Sq.mm, 4 sq.mm, 2.5Sq.mm etc.

Feeder pillar 4 consisting of 1 No 100A TPN MCCB, Aluminum bus bar, HRC Fuses and various LT cables from 3.5C X 185 Sq.mm to 4CX 10Sq.mm etc.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Excavation for foundation in all kinds of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.
