Improvement to Colony road from NH to Division office at Rengalbeda and PWD office to Sub-Division office at Dam site under Deogarh Irrigation Division.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thick. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface excluding watering and compaction in embankments of canal for all leads and heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition)

Watering earthwork upto OMC condition and compaction by vibratory roller (8-10 tonne capacity) and spreading with ordinary grader attached with tractor in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all the machineries complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge. (Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under OMC condition)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers withmotor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road &Bridge works (4th revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC- Grade-II (63mm to 45mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 8-10 Tonnes 3 wheeled steel Roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying, and brooming requisite type of screening/blinding materials to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge. the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km. from the place of excavation complete etc as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface including cleaning the surface and spraying primer as per specification @ 0.60Kg/sqm including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour , T.& P. workers well fare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam Grade- II with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transported to site ,laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 504 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concreteGrade-II with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km. from the place of excavation complete etc as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means in All Kinds of Soil including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc. inter spread with boulders up to ½ cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming the slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from work site as per the specification and as direction by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km. from the place of excavation complete etc as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with clean coarse sand, well watered and rammed with cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

P.C.C. M15 in approved surface using 40mm size down graded black hard granite (crusher broken chips) and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for C.C. work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royality, cost of all materials and cess including watering, vibrator & hire and running charges of machineries required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete M-15 grade with crushed granite coarse aggregate of size 20mm and down graded including cost of all materials, machineries and labour including lifts/delifts upto 1.50m height above ground level in respective position with cost,conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials and labour charges, T&P and labour welfare cess etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in charge. convayence of sub-base materials etc.complete including cost of all labour and hire charges of T & P materials required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering & shuttering for C.C. work including false work and dismantaling then after casting including cost & conveyance of materials complete as per drawing & specification with all leads, lifts, sundries and T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement (inclusive of over lap & wastage) for R.C.C. work including cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in correct position including cost, conveyance, taxes of HYSD bars & binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer -in- Charge.

Supplying, Laying, Fixing of NP3 Hume pipe with collars jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including Cost, conveyance, taxees of all materials etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer- In- Charge.(450mm dia)

Supplying, Laying, Fixing of NP3 Hume pipe with collars jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including Cost, conveyance, taxees of all materials etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer- In- Charge.(600mm dia)

Loosening, levelling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction and Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specification for Road and Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Collecting & stacking at site for premeasurement and conveying from stacks and admixing moorum & sand in proportion 60:40 (moorum:sand) & laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm watering & compacting to the required density with PRR including cost & convayence of sub-base materials etc.complete including cost of all labour and hire charges of T & P materials required for the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting I.R.C. Gr-II stone aggregate to specific sizes 63mm to 45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness ,hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate using IRC gade -III size ganite metal to Water Bound Maccadum specification including spreading ,in uniform thickness , hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonne in stage in proper grade & camber, appling & grooming requisite tpe of screen / binding material as crushure dust to fiilup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & compacting to the required desnsity as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and spreading of moorum of approved quality in road work of CSR including cost, carriage, royalty and all taxes of all Materials with all leads, lifts, watering and consolidation with PRR and cost of all labour charges and other incidental charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer -in charge.
