Drilling 12 mm to 32 mm dia holes in rails Supplied by the department with contractor’s own tools plants, lapours, all handling, leads, lifts, consumables etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Alumino Thermic Welding with short preheating process of rail-joints of 52 Kg/90UTS T-12 rails on cess or in situ as per requirement and locations as directed by Engineer-In-Charge of the work i/c cost of the all labours and materials, tools, fuel, prefabricated moulds i/c handiling of rails, cropping of rail ends, providing specified gap at rail joints, finishing of welded joints as per specifications i/c USFD testing and all other testing of welded joints as per specifications i/c USFD testing and all other testing of welded joints as per specifications and as laid down in RDSO manual of fusion welding of Rails by alumino, Thermit process complete job as per RDSO specifications no. T-19/1984. The contractor has to arrange all the testing as laid down in the aforesaid manual at his own cost.
Reconditioning of worn out 52 Kg. Switches/Tongue rail in situ by mannual welding with low heat process using approved electrodes as per RDSO specification under H-3C class electrodes ( CP Buffer 040 & CP Top 080) of RDSO approved brand by low heat process including pre-grinding to remove fatigued metal and finishing etc. complete to make the same in specific profile and alignment with contractors tools and equipment, welding generator, manpower and other incidental expenses required to complete the job as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
In Situ reconditioning of wheel burns rails, low & cuppeld joint using micro flow Thermal Spray Technology (with CP 3032 Power) as approved by RDSO/ Lucknow and as per specification with all contractors materials, tools, power, equipment, consumable & manpower with all leads, lift, taxes etc. complete and as per instruction/ directed by the Engineer-In-Charge at side.
In situ reconditioning of worn out CMS/MMS Crossing 1 in 8.5 and 1 in 12 of different locations with mannual metal arc welding with H-3C class electrodes ( CP Buffer 040 & CP Top 080) of RDSO approved brand by low heat process including pre-grinding to remove fatigued metal and finishing etc. complete to make the same in specific profile and alignment with contractors portable welding set, tools, equipment, manpower etc. complete (Work shall be carried out on process only as per RDSO process & own manufacture).
Removal of burrs by grinding out from gauge face side of stock rails, tongue rails, check rails, crossing and running rails etc. to improve gauge face geometry with contractor's tools, plants and labours etc. as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (At poits 1 in 8.5 Turnout) in 52 Kg. Section.
Fabrication (including cutting, bending, Machinery) & fixing at indicated location 52 kg check rails as per drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge including all contractor's labour, tools & materials. The rail, braket, nuts & bolts shall be supplied by SSTPP, MPPGCL
