S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including connectng to pipe and dismantling old tank all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F low density 32mm polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to wall all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair in 20mm dia pipe (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s)all as specified and as directed .

All as per ser item No 5 above but 25 mm dia all as specified.

Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from 500 litres tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes of tanks and cleaned with bleaching powder including removing old painting letters not less 10cm height and writing month and year with synthetic enamel paint on tank surfaces all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up old 15 mm dia steel tubing galvanised and connections including cleaning for refixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm dia pillar taps long neck, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed but fancy type all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair 15 mm bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed but fancy type, chromium plated all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F CP Two way bib cock with wall flange complete fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore bib tap long body standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Min weght 15 mm-90 gms) complete all as specified and directedall by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Chromium plated brass shower rose 125mm size and 15mm dia with swivel joints all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinges devices all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC(SWR) multi floor trap plain with grating lincluding jointing with solvent cement 75mm dia complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 32 mm waste fitting, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware WHB with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern(Push type), low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets (10 Ltrs)all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Make: Parryware (Slimline) or Techno commercially equivalent as approved.

S&F Chromium plated cast copper alloy health faucet for 15mm dia incl telephonic pipe & holder Complete (Make : Parryware T9940A1 Slimline with SS Hose & Hook or Techno commercially equivalent as approved ) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China wash basin, angle back, size 550x400mm white, excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, cutting for and finning in ends of brackets or erecting stand but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) basin only including connections to flushing pipe and outgoing pipes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC tank cover suitable for 500/1000/2000 Ltrs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Urinal spreader of PTMT any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe. (Minimum weight 60gms) complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new decorated surfaces and applying two coat of distemper over a coat of primer and one coat of 3 mm thick wall care putty on walls all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor/wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x450x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing old wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of 3mm thick wall care putty all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed for 20mm bore pipe all as specified and as directed.
