Supplying and erection of HT/LT over head line single length supports complete with aligning and keeping it in truly vertical position, including digging pit of required size in all type of soil/rocks filling with 1:3:6 cement concrete of 0.60 mtr. dia. around the pole up to ground level including muffing of 0.45 mtr. dia. from ground level to 0.45 mtr. high as per specifications with 20 cm. thick base foundation in 1:4:8 cement concrete as required refilling the pit with boulder and soil as required, including painting of pole with bitumen paint below GL and two coats of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint or synthetic enamel paint above GL as directed complete as per specification. Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty power cable confirming to IS 7098/Part-I/88 with latest amendments, 1100 volts grade armoured cable of approved make with aluminium solid / stranded conductor. The cable shall be laid in air/in existing pipe/in existing cable trench/on existing cable tray with clamp as required as per specifications including providing of metal/PVC cable identification tags at both ends and every 10 Mtr. length of cable with inscriptions there on. Providing and fixing chain link/Wire Mess fencing sourriding existing DTR S/S finicing (total 37 running meter maximum) of 6’ height with chain link/Wire Mess fencing on MS Angle (50X50X6) mm support 7 nos. 7’ height with following feature. (A) Upper & lower frame of fencing will be of MS angle (25X25X4) mm size. (B) MS strip of (25X5) mm flat shall be used fro cross bracing of fencing (C) Double Gate (2nos. 2.5’X5’) of MS angle (50X50X6)mm. bracing of 25X5 mm flat with mesh & locking arrangement.Complete as above ( A to C) – one job.
