Providing and filling of transformer oil in transformers and repairs to 7.5 ton EOT cranealong with allied works at Raya Lift Irrigation Station.

Disconnecting the main supply from the 33KV line and thereafter disconnecting all the electrical connections of 2.5MVA 33KV/440V Transformer unit no. 1 and 2 installed at lift Irrigation Station Raya. Removing of top cover plate of the transformer by way of dismantling nuts/bolts with the help of skilled labour. After removing the top cover, tightening of nuts /bolts of bush copper plates. Disconnecting the bus strips from the phase and neutral connections and thereafter checking all the components on output side and tightening all the loose fasteners. Closing the top cover plate of the transformer and tightening all the nuts and bolts to make it air tight. Complete greasing of gear mechanism of transformer with good quality grease conforming to IS standards. Providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 100liters in each transformer after preheating the same to remove moisture in the oil. Topping of oil should be done properly with the oil pump to avoid any wastage/spillage. Connection of all the control system from Buchholz Relay and Winding of transformer to HT panels no. 1 to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the transformer with copper control cable 8-core 1.00 sq. mm 15m length approximately with other fittings as per site requirements of any IS standard.

Repair/ servicing of semi Electrical Overhead Travelling crane ,7.5 ton capacity, double girder type at Raya Lift Irrigation station by way of servicing of brake assembly and cleaning old steel wire rope with diesel/emery paper/any other chemical to remove old grease strain and also removal of debris and greasing/oiling/lubrication the gears and rotating parts. Dismantling the brake assembly and repair to inoperative/damaged electro hydraulic thrustor brake and electromagnetic brake for hoisting motion along with p/f of brake lining/friction pads in lieu of old damaged /worn out one’s on the brake shoes and filling of transformer grade oil in the hydraulic thrustor. Complete Servicing of crane panel by P/F of 3-pole ML2 Contractor 02 No’s and HRC fuses of reputed make in place of damaged one. (The job involves servicing of limit switches, contactors, relays and terminal bay). The Job also involves the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, to and fro carriage. (Complete Job)
