BUILDING WORK (B/R)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any position not otherwise specially provided for reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggragate) as in lintel beam, cantilevers, bressummers,etc all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams,beam haunchings, girders,bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including suports over hangs etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding spirally, hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to10 mmdia cut to length bent to shape required including bending hooking, binding with MS wire not less than 0.9 mmdia but in stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron) frame for doors windows, ventilators and partition section with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.
