Taking down carefully existing copper point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, bellpushes, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fitting, callbells etc removiing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit(credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match existing complete all as specified and directed

M & L for point wiring for one light / fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable FR-LSH in and including concealed PVC conduit 20 mm dia medium duty ISI marked, steel terminal sunken boxes and 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover for sunken boxes flush to surface for one light point/fan point, controlled by one switch on the same board with other switch or independent including PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable FR-LSH connected to common earth dolly complete including cutting, chasing the surface and then making good the same in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
