Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead.

a) 1:3:6 or richer mix

b) 1:4:8 or leaner mix.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level. a) 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded nallah stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T./H.L).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. a) 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T./H.L).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size of tile 60x60cm (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T./H.L).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy bottle green, black or any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.30 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete (including all leads and lifts carriages of material by M.T./H.L).

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 liter low level white vitreous china flushing cistern including all fittings etc. complete (Jaguar make).

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I./ M.S. brackets, pedestal including all necessary fittings etc. complete (Jaguar make).

Providing and fixing basin mixer including all necessary fittings (Jaguar make).

Providing and fixing bib cocks including all necessary fittings (Jaguar make).

Providing and fixing angle valve for basin mixer, gyser etc. including all necessary fittings (Jaguar make).

Providing and fixing C.P. stop cock (concealed) of standard design and of approved make conforming to IS: 8931 15 mm nominal bore. (Jaguar make code No.071).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade. a) Old work (one or more coats) applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 lters/ 10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat.

Carriage of the following materials by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work incl. loading, unloading and stacking complete :- a) Sand from Hut Mashka for an average lead of 50.00 Km. by M.T. b) Stone aggregate (Crushed bajree) below 20mm nominal size from Hut Mashka for an average lead of 50.00 Km. by M.T. c) Stone aggregate 40mm above nominal size from local nallah for an average lead of 5.00 Km. by M.T.
