Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 Cm thickness (below/above ground level) including floor finishes all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including not backing) , removing serviceable tile s to store and rubbish of the premises.

M&L for grinding and polishing on existing old terrazzo / Kota stone surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured double charged Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item above 6.00 but as in skirting incl 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4

M&L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing of concrete topping even and rough as in screed bed complete.

M&L for coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), coloured tiles, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 200 X 300 X 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles in vertical surface including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 X 350 X 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles in vertical surface including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sunken floor treatment as follows:-

(i)Demolition of cement concrete in sunken floors incl. removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer's instruction to fill all hole and crack complete all as specified and as directed.

(iii) Material and labour for PCC (1:1.5:3) Type A-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

(iv)Material and labour for plastering on vertical sides and top surface of CM (1:3) 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e. PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

(v) Material and labour for 2 coats of Dr. Fixit krystalline waterproofing coating compound shall be applied after laying sewage/ plumbing pipes with fixtures in position.

(vi) Material and labour for filling the sunken floor with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using bk aggregate over the treated surface.

(vii) Material and labour spouts of 50mm dia GI pipe light grade projecting 450mm clear of face outer wall with PVC mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage water , if any.

Note : Water tightness testing should be done after applying Dr Fixit epoxy compound, by pounding water for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect. Debrish to be removed outside MD land.

S&F in repair Vitreous china wash hand basin (550X400mm) white, flat back excluding taps, including brackets & 32mm waste coupling complete all as specified and directed.

S& in repair pvc Waste pipe 3mm dia with socket, length not less than 0.60m.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white and trap including seat cover, fixing bolt, flush pipe, connection to drain (or out goind pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern', size 580 mm x 440 mm, white with integral foot rests, embedded and set in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 and making good to floor including removing rubbish all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 10 ltrs capacity PVC low level flushing cistern, of make specified with inlet, float valve and handle including bracket with 32 mm dia PVC pipe 600 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F brass chromium plated hand spray with flexible pipe length not less than 1.00mtr (minimum) fixed for EWC/IWC suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete as directed.

S&F Brass CP, mixer for wash basin, for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed.

Supply only in repair 15 mm bore Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot' or ‘Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed.

S&F in repairs Brass CP wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water with provision for over head shower with area & long pipe & wall flanged screwed down for iron pipe of 15mm bore size.

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose with swivel joint not less than 50mm dia and not less than 200mm long all as specified and directed.
