BASEMENT VENTILATION SYSTEM

Supply, installation, testing and balancing of Air Distribution System consists of factory fabricated & assembled sheet metal ducting complete with supports (anchor fasteners and tie-rods,threaded rods, cradles, angle iron supports, GI bolts and nuts, 4mm thick self-adhesive neoprene rubber gasket, stiffeners, zinc chromate painted angle iron flanges, chipping and plastering of openings made for duct supports etc., complete as per specification. The rates quoted shall include turning vanes, straightening vanes, splitters, inspection doors probe, inlets with test openings enclosures complete as per specification

1.2 mm thick GSS ducting (18G) – factory fabricated & Assembled

1.0 mm thick GSS ducting (20G) – factory fabricated & Assembled

0.8mm thick GSS ducting (22G) – factory fabricated & Assembled

0.63mm thick GSS ducting (24G) – factory fabricated & Assembled

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of UL 555S certified fire damper , constructed with outer shell of 1.6mm thick galvanized steel frame and the blade/Leaf with 1.6mm thick GSS. And with necessary sleeves & flanges for connection as per specifications.

Fire dampers with limit switch for position feedback. The dampers to be rated for 120 minutes fire rating and the dampers shall be of spring return type. Fire damper to be provided with matching flanges on both sides. Fire dampers should be supplied with extended fire rated sleeves subject to site conditions and the damper shall be leakage class:1 ( 8 cfm @ 4 inch w.g)

With Spring return Actuator working on 24V. AC/DC, 0 TO 10V DC signal for BMS , and for each fire damper should be supplied with necessary High torque Spring return type Actuator,temperature sensor & control panel. The control panel with step down transformer, indicator, relays provision for remote control operation etc, as per drawings & specifications. The control panel should be capable to operate the damper through BMS for remote control operation & monitoring.

Supply and installation of following sizes GI perforated type cable rack system made out of sheet steel folded to required shape with adequate number of supports.

Supply and fixing of MS channel and support work for installation of fans with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of AMCA certified Ductless Ventilation Jet Fans suitable for normal ventilation and smoke extraction in case of fire as per specifications. Complete fan assembly with its casing, impeller & motor shall be sourced from single manufacturer and certified as tested for smoke extraction application at minimum 250 deg C for 2 hours. The casing shall be GSS construction. The motor shall be Dual Speed, suitable for 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415V. The fans shall be complete with silencers as described in specifications.(considered low height jet fans for basement).The quoted rate shall also inclusive for preparing and submission of CFD analysis in soft and hard copy for the ventilation system for basement I & II. The analysis report shall provide details of air movement and coverage in both normal & fire mode in 3D modeling ,simulation,inlet air openings ,ehaust iopenings,exhaust louvere,co sensor,time taken for smoke evacuation,velocity, Co level in ppm or mg/m3 etc.. Control panel GA drawing to be submitted for client approval prior to procurement

Supply and installation of 2C X 1.0 sqmm FRLS shielded control cables Co Sensor to the PLC Panel

Supply & laying of 19 mm GI conduits and required accessories from PLC panel to jet fan & CO Sensor as per specification. for control cables

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Vane axial fans for exhaust air which is certified for AMCA for air performance and sound with minimum efficiency in the order of 70% and sound level in the range of 70 - 80 dBA @ 1 mts distance.The fan shall have casing made of galvanized steel. The motor shall be in the air stream and shall be inverter duty rated class H insulation capable at operating at 300Deg C for 2 hours with CE certification, IP55 protection and suitable for operation at 400V,50Hz.The motor shall be EFF 2 rating.The impeller shall be provided with manually adjustable aluminium alloy aerofoil blades if diameter is greater than 500mm.The cost shall include all necessary accessories for mounting the fans,bird screen all complete as required

The panel shall be made as per IS 61439 compliance and as per latest NBC 2016 & ECBC compliance

For all items in this section, the rate includes necessary supports as required at site. No extra payment will be made for the same. Rate shall inclusive of factory witness test and all accessories, breakers , control wiring, models has to be followed as per in the technical specification. Panel GA drawing to be submitted for client approval prior to procurement

JET FAN PANEL ( B1 - A&B, B2- A&B)

Design, supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of cubicle type floor mounting switch board comprising of the following, the board shall be fabricated as per the detailed specification enclosed. JET FAN PANEL - Location B1 & B2

1 No: 630 A TPN 36kA MCCB Each incomers shall have 1 set - MFM (Having the parameters of Ammeter,Voltmeter and KWH meter). 1 set - LED type RYB,ON,OFF,TRIP indication lamps. 1 set -630 /5A CT CL 1.0 10VA

With necessary Aluminium busbars, interconnection providing Digital combined meter, phase indication lamp, fuse and switch control etc. in the incomer.

Note : All the Outgoing feeder shall be having 'on',off,trip' indication lamps..All switch boards shall be fabricated as per the detailed specification enclosed. Suitable size outgoing cable chamber and extra busbars should be provided for connecting the number of outgoing cables as per the schematic drawing. The board shall be fabricated for future extension of the panel board. Note:-The panel should be having provision to monitor the On, Off, trip status

BUS BAR RATING:

630A TPN 35KA for 1 sec. Aluminium bus bars (Current Density not less than 0.8A/Sq.mm.) with colour coated heat shrinkable PVC sleeves with DMC/SMC bus bar supports and suitable earth bus.

Earthing : 50 x 6mm Aluminium flat Cable Entry & Exit : Top Cable Gland Plate : 3mm thick MS sheets

Note: All MCCBs shall have rotary handle mechanism and spreader wherever necessary.
