Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (Pole coping shall be carried out above ground level for existing pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge)

S&F Busbar Chamber 63 Amps wall mounted suitable size 4 way ,supported with suitable size as per direction, Each of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 60 cm above the normal ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 142 above but 100 Amps, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix water proof junction box made from SMC sheet ready made of size 350 X 270 X 200 mm with aluminium bus bar of 150 Amp capacity for RYB and neutral fixed inside the junction box with necessary supporting insulators fixed on hylem sheet /Insulating sheet ,MS sheet steel fixed inside the bottom portion of box to connect the cable gland complete , entire assembly fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 25 X 5 mm and nuts & bolts and connecting cables from junction box to fittings, complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 144 above but size 400 X 300 X 190mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pole earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to earth lead of wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers made of galvanised iron protection pipe light grade of 20 mm dia and watering pipe medium grade of 15 mm dia and filled alternate layer of charcoal or coke and salt , watering funnel with wire mesh, earth pit chamber and cover CI frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 connected to earthing test point or as directed by Engr-in-charge all specified and indicated including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed. . Note : GI Wire from Earth pit to pole/panel shall be included in the quoted rates

Taking dwon worn out, unserviceable time switch with contactor and supply & fixing astronomical time switch in existing street light timer panel for switching on /off lights and other electric devices according to the susrise / sunset times based on the entered location or location coordinates, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand , Model No AlphaRex3 D21 astro, 1 chanel or equivalent make.

M&L Restringing and tightening of ACSR conductor of any size and type maintaining stranded sag including providing aluminium binding wire, jumpers on LT over head lines with jumper clip, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Pole to pole shortest distance including all conductor and earth wire shall be measured and paid. No extra payment will be made to the contractor for sag and jumper etc. However burnt /damaged jumpers shall be replaced by the contractor of appropriate size without any extra cost.

M&L for trimming of tree branches up to 40mm girth along the alignment of LT/HT over head electric line which are touching or falling on ACSR conductor/ poles or near by sub stns etc at any height from GL and making sufficient clearance (1.5m) from conductor and taking down the same on the ground carefully avaoiding the damage and removing to a distance not exc 500m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting PCC poles, 8.5 meter in height above GL including cross arms and bracings on existing surface after cleaning and removing dust, rust & dirt with one coat of primer and two coats of cement based paint, painting with black & white alternate strips of 30cm Each externally from ground level up to 1.5 mtr with synthetic enamel paint and numbering of pole, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting steel tubular poles, 8.5 meter in height above GL including cross arms and bracings on existing surface after cleaning and removing dust, rust & dirt with one coat of redoxide of primer and two coats of aluminium paint, painting with black & white alternate strips of 30cm Each externally from ground level up to 1.5 mtr with synthetic enamel paint and numbering of pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs.39425.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
