Taking down cement plaster on brick walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints and concrete surfaces as in wall or ceiling etc. including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement including WPC as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of wall and applyting three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortor including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B', old size bricks, designation 100, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, in ground floor not exceeding 150mm thick above or below ground level compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base flooring compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber moulded coloured chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor including 20 mm thick screed bed in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded ISI marked precast cement concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size and of coloured tiles confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L filling of interstices with fine sand laid over and including 25 mm thick (compacted) fine sieved sand cushioning of size and shape as decided by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, driliing holes, notching for wire, etc: flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc). including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing comprising plain GI wire mesh 3.15mm dia and average size of mesh 100 x 100mm , including link wire nails, straining bolts etc and provision of binding wire as specified after taking out old unserviceable mesh wire of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square not, exc 5cm but n exc 10 cm of dia 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as speciifed and directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for mild steel frame work as in gate, doors including cast iron ornament and designs etc complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Gate will be hanged on support of pintle hinges complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work as in door chowkhats , shutters guard bars and similar items but excluding framed truss complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick as in covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor, 8 to 10 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc as approved matching with wall tiles, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work (Except bricks) with sub class 'B', old size bricks, designation 100, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bricks retrieved from item no 14 shall be reused after proper cleaning.

M&L for Preparation of plastered surfaces of walls etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed in cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness ofjoint except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening where ever required complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
