Excavation in foundation trenches etc.(for pipes & pits upto all depth) in earth work in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil , blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft/ hard rock including wedging out of a rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grades including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required, stacking the serviceable/unserviceable materials/soil separately and after laying and jointing of pipes, returning the usable soil in trenches in 15 CM layers including consolidation of each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then dispositng of all surplus excavated soil, useable materials as directed within all leads/lifts including restoration of metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1.5 :3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcemnt for reinforced concrete work

Foundation and plinth complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Walls(any thickness but not less than 0.10 m thickness) attached pillaster,buttresses, plinth & string courses etc

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work complete as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. in :-

In suspended floor roofs ,landing and shelves and their support.balconies , beams,girders, bressumers and contilever up to floor two level

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended foors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all leads and lifts . Tor Steel.

Fixing of SFRC / Precast concrete manhole cover and frame, confirming ti IS 12592-2002 560 mm dia complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Laying , jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grade, centrifugally cement mortar lined ductile iron (Spun ) pressure pipes confirming to BIS 8329 -2000class K-7 suitable for Tyton( push on joints) i/c bends of all degrees , teescollars tapers (if required ) crosses , short pieces , tail pieces , plugs of requiredsizes i/c cutting pieces, chamfering wherever required ( earth work in trenchesand cost of joints to be measured and paid for seperately ) i/c carriage with inall leads and lifts complete in all respect of the following nominal dia.
