ETPS Expansion Project (1x660 MW Supercritical) - Civil circle - Maintenance of office building including sweeping a mopping of floor area of the offices, removal of cobweb, cleaning the roads and surrounding area and maintaining the toilets at ETPS

SSweeping and mopping the floor area of office building including collection of debris, paper wastes and other litters etc and disposing the same into nearby dustbins. The rate includes cost of cleaning materials and all labour, lead & lift, broom sticks and other T &P required for the cleaning work etc, complete.

Cleaning the ceiling, walls, partitions, doors & windows which includes removal of cobweb from the ceiling, accumulated dust in the walls, partition, doors & windows, considering office floor area including cost of all T&P's and consumables etc, complete.

Cleaning the roads and surrounding areas of the project office including collection of debris, garbage, paper wastes and other litter etc, and disposing the same into nearby dustbins. The rate includes cost of all labour, lead, lift, broomstick, gunny bags, safety gloves, tools and appliances etc, complete.

Cleaning of toilets inclusive of urinals, water closet, bath rooms, wash basin, toilet floor area with approach foot path by maintaining in neat, tidy condition without odour and foul smell, using cleaning agents like bleaching powder, bleaching powder, phenol, placing naphthalene balls, providing plastic buckets, mugs, broom sticks, and cleaning brush, etc, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete Small size toilet of floor area less than 10m2
