Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/down XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 10 to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/down XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 95 to 240 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 10 to 70 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core laid in trenches or fixed on walls/floor/pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor of 95 to 240 Sqmm 3.5/4 Core laid in trenches or fixed on walls/floor/pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No. 6&7 above: Serviceable cable obtained from item No. 4&5 above shal be used under these items all as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Supply and Laying XLPE LT UG cable PVC insulated , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor of the following sizes laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete including taking down old unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed :-

(a)16 Sq mm 4 core

(b) 25 Sq mm 4 core

(c) 35 Sq mm 3.5 core

(d) 50 Sq mm 3.5 core

(e) 70 Sq mm 3.5 core

(f) 95 Sq mm 3.5 core

(g) 120 Sq mm 3.5 core

(h) 240 Sq mm 3.5 core

(j) 400 Sq mm 3.5 core

Supply & laying of best bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of old serviceable bricks as in cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable length of brick laid prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old serviceable bricks obtained from item here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for sand coushioning with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cable in trenches for cable protection complete and filling the sand in cable duct inside the sub station building complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid for sand used in cushioning to cable.

Cutting of grass/bushes from surounding area of out door type feeder pillar box /4 pole stracture and remove the materials to a distance not more than 50 mtr away from the site and making the surface area clean and tiedy complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type B2 using 40 mm gradded stone aggregate for foundation of poles, panel board etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB of the following sizes on existing LT panel board including dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable MCCB from the LT panel board complete all as specified and as directed

(a) MCCB 4 pole , 630 amp rating of 35 KA

(b) MCCB 4 pole , 400 amp rating of 35 KA

(c) MCCB 4 pole , 250 amp rating of 25 KA

(d) MCCB 4 pole , 200 amp rating of 25 KA

(e) MCCB 4 pole , 160 amp rating of 25 KA

(f) MCCB 4 pole , 125 amp rating of 16 KA

(g) MCCB 4 pole , 100 amp rating of 16 KA

(h) MCCB 4 pole , 63 amp rating of 16 KA

Supply and fixing Off load change over switch front handle operation for open execuction and fixed in existing LT panel 4 pole 415 volts of capacity including taking down old unserviceable change over switch complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 63 amps

(b) 100/125 amps

(c) 200/250 amps

(d) 400/500 amps

Supply and fixing of switch fuse unit TPN , 4 pole 415 volts of 100 amps capacity including taking down old unserviceable switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of switch fuse unit TPN , 4 pole 415 volts of 63 amps capacity including taking down old unserviceable switch complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair /replacement of damaged LT panel section of front/back/side /top and bottom portion of any size MS sheet with new of required size, thickness and fixing on existing LT panel board including necessary bracing/welding work and drilling works including necessary hinges and two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Carryout day to day rectification of external electrifical complaints such as repair, reconnection and lightening of burnt/loose cable lead in MCCB/MCB of existing LT indoor/outdoor panels and bus bar with suitable size lug/thimbles, reconnecting broken over head ACSR/copper conductor including restreching the same with minimum sag of 3% of its span length, re-jumbering of broken/burntout cable/ACSR conductor on pole, finding out fault on LT over head conductor and repair/replacement of any type insulator, attending external electrical no supply complaints, jointing of traced out burnt cable with suitable size of jointing kit complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Note : (a) 01 x Electrician and 01 x helper will be detailed by the contractor for attending above complaints daily basis cost for which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule. (c) Electrician and helper so detailed by the contractor will report to MES complaint cell at 0800 hrs morning to receive complaint slip from department and complaints shall be rectified within 08 hours. If contractor fails to detail above tradesmen, a panel recovery @ Rs 500.00 per day shall be made to the contractor and the same shall be recovered from RAR/final bill. (d) Repairing upto 04 points at different electrical system without any other material will be considered as one job.

Supply and fixing in repair GI tubing 'light grade' of 100 mm bore for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing 'light grade' of 50 mm bore for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for jointing kit suitable for LT 1100 volts cable (earthed) for out door straight through joint, heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 25 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 70 to 150 Sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 185 to 240 Sqmm 3.5 core

M&L for copper bus bar with fixed on insulator welded with angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm thick grounting in floor, 450 mm depth grounting with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 40mm graded aggregate upto ground level and 600 mm high above GL complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :- Make : Cat Part No IHBC 040004 of Make Havells or equivalent in L&T/Legrand.

(a) 400 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos

(b) 200 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos

(c) 100 Amps copper bus bar 04 Nos

M&L for pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one GI nut bolt 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volt complete including taking down of old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for 1100 Volt 100 mm height & 115 mm dia with GI Straps 31x5mm & dia of bolt 14mm complete including taking down of old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for synthetic insulating mat of size 2.00 m x 1.00 m x 10 mm thick in sub station building with necessary fixing accessories and arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete with all accessories i.e. stay plate, stay rod of 20 mm dia, stay wire and loop insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 5mm thick (minimum) MS chequered plate of Fe-290 Gde E-165 and fixed in sub station building including making provision of lifting the plate from duct complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable PCC pole of any size & type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31), 09 meter long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap/finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, Earth work and PCC etc shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for MS cross arms, bracing supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections holding nut, bolts and washers including necessary welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.00mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using galvanised iron strip of 30 x 5 mm as earthin lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by medium 40 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board or equipment and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, 40mm thick RCC pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar at 75c/c both ways and lifting arrangement by providing handles (02 Nos) of 12mm dia MS round bar and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in with excavated soil and disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and shown in electrical Plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

Restreching (without taking down) of existing ACSR conductor including cradles and earth wire of any description of any type/size on LT/HT poles including binding the ACSR conductor with insulator and tightening of conductor/earth wire in position, removing sag and making the jumper connection with new aluminium binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Single length of conductor shall be measured.

Supply and fixing of ACSR conductor on HT/LT over head line of weasel 6/1 x 2.59 and tightening on existing HT/LT over head line including binding with insulator with new binding wire including dismantling old unserviceable ACSR conductor of any type/size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI wire of 4 mm dia for earth continuity or cattle cradles on LT/HT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitrous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour (Glow Sign board radium) and fixed with MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers of approved size for LT, 415 volts of size 20 cm x 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated heavy duty electric cable unarmoured with stranded aluminium conductor as in service connection suspended insulating not more than 1 m apart including 4 mm GI suspension wire complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 2 core, 10 Sqmm

(b) 2 core, 16 Sqmm

M&L for PVC separator for LT over head line suitable for system and fixed LT OH lines complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a) 2 wire

(b) 3 wire

(c) 4 wire

M&L for repair/replacement of damaged LT panel section of front/back/side/top and bottom portion of any size MS sheet with new of required size or thickness and fixing on existing LT panel board including necessary bracing/welding work and drilling works including necessay hinges and applying to two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular poles of 9 mtr long including cross arms, cable protection pipe, bus bar box and painting of complete area with one coat of aluminium paint from 1.5 mtr above ground level to top of pole and making alternate strips/layers (30 cm wide) with white and blue synthetic enamel paint upto the 1.50 meter height from the ground level including writing the pole number in white letters on black background and cleaning/cutting the grass/bushes at a radius of 2 mtr surrounding the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of aluminium bus bar of any size or length and fixed on existing panel board including necessary drilling, bracing and providing colour code sleeves on bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Triming/cutting of bushes or branches of tree of 4 mtr of surrounding the HT/LT over head line of all sides and remove the materials to a distance not more than 50 mtr form the site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium lugs for LT cable connection line suitable for system and fixed complete including taking down old unserviceable lugs all as specified and directed of the following sizes :-

(a)16 to 35 Sq mm

(b) 50 to 120 Sq mm

(c) 240 to 400 Sq mm

Painting to existing LT Panels, angle iron support bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality of approved make on surfaces exposed to view external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair cable route indicator made out of MS sheet of size 30cmx20cm of 4mm thick with writing HT/LT cable with MS angle iron frame and two Nos legs of 1.2 m long of size 25x25x5mm fixed in ground in PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20mm graded aggregate, size15cmx15cm x15cm including painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of specified colour over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
