| 1.00Mobilization, Providing and laying temporary tarpaulin sheets of approved make and quality on temporary basis with a minimum specification of 150 GSM or equivalent, as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge (EIC), at various locations such as RCC water tanks, parapet walls, terraces, or any other areas as directed by the EIC, and at any elevation. The work includes all necessary fixing arrangements using nylon ropes, jute ropes, nails, screws, etc., to ensure proper anchoring of the sheets; providing and erecting scaffolding wherever required for support as well as for safe and effective access; arranging access tools such as ladders and equipment necessary for working at height; and strictly adhering to all safety protocols during execution. The site shall be cleared and any damage caused during the work shall be restored. The quoted rate shall include the cost of all labour, materials, tools, plants, equipment, transportation, and any incidental expenses required to complete the work in all respects as per the directions of the Engineer-In- Charge. | 3.00Carefully removing the tarpaulin sheets previously laid at various locations such as RCC water tanks, parapet walls, terraces, or any other areas as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge (EIC), and at any elevation (Quantity executed in item no. 01) . All fixing arrangements including nylon ropes, jute ropes, nails, screws, and other securing devices shall be safely detached without causing damage to the sheets, the structures, or adjoining surfaces. The removed tarpaulin sheets shall be removed & Any scaffolding, ladders, or access equipment used for removal shall be safely dismantled and taken off site. The contractor shall ensure that the site is thoroughly cleared of all debris, dismantled materials, and unused accessories, and shall restore any damage caused during removal to the satisfaction of the EIC. The rate quoted for removal shall include the cost of all labour, tools, plants, equipment, scaffolding dismantling, transportation, and all incidental expenses necessary to complete the work as directed. Note: Incase of damage to any surface or structure while execution of work, The contract has to carry out the repair and make the surface good.
