M & L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type D-5, (PCC 1:5:10), exc 10cm in width built in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of brick or stone / boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 , using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregates as in flooring finished even smooth surfaces with using extra cement with using liquid water proofing chemical @ 200ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid water proofing chemical shall be measured & paid separately.

M & L for RCC nominal Mix 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Welded steel wire fabric to Concrete or any masonary surfaces weight not exc 4 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compund chemical

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC), any section, embedded in concrete, brick work etc including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

S & F Posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised Chain link fencing, any size or type all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other , neck dia 5 to 10mm or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for MS round bars 10mm dia and over, for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and decorative cast iron artical etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide or zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as directed.

M & L 15 to 20mm thick shortcre by guineting to wall surfaces including necessary mechanical means and compressors in cement mortor 1:3 under pressure of 20 to 30 N/Sqcm including necessary scaffolding and other arragement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 over brick / concrete wall surfaces, trowelled to even & smooth with using extra cement with including water proofing chemical @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as directed. Note :- Liquid water proofing chemical shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Ultrablock Block 2K Suin 2 coats having 200 % elongation as per ASTM 2370 , resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, crack bridging min. 2mm as per EN 1062-7 :2004. Applying SC Ultra block 2k in two coats in SSD condiition at a coverage of 1.5 Kg per Sqm. Mixing of powder to Liquid in the ratio of 60:40 parts by weight complete as per manufacturers specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
