M&L for hardcore broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate in floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour complete removal of old surface of walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing old decorated Plaster Surfaces of Wall and applying two Coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as directed..

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to brick or concrete wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed .

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on wall /concrete surfaces without using extra cement finishing fair and even in CM 1:4 including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed.

M&L Preparing new plastering Surfaces of Wall and applying two Coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type with sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/metre including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminum snap beading, screws, anodised aluminum fittings such as suitable peg stays, hinges and handles-02Nos etc with 4mm thick tinted/frosted glass ordinary quality as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick ordinary quality sheet glass/frosted glass and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI grade only)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section ,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post hole (or similar hole) each nexc0.5 cum getting out, returing, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 M and making good surface in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS angle, flats etc independently fixed without connecting plates etc but ordinary length conforming to FE-410-W(Gde-E-250)quality A as in fencing posts including drilling holes for nuts and bolts and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Mild Steel Screw Bolts (machine made) 5mm to 10mm diameter of neck and length of bolt exc 5 Cm and not exc. 10 Cm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS 10 mm dia round bar and fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing cut to length, bend to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 4mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing new Steel or Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide/ Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. complete all as directed.

Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate in sub bases of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for screed bed 15 mm thick (average) plaster on concrete surfaces in CM (1:3) on roof, mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth and cured for 07 days by Ponding of water over Roof. (b) Preparing fully dried plastered surface as per IS:3067-1966, for further treatment. (c) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.3 Litre per Sqm. (d) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrance; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.50 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (e) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.10 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane.

S&F in repair Steel rolling shutters (Thickness of laths 1.25mm), with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type etc complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L Preparing old Steel Surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 Cm width or girth and applying two Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws etc all as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 600x600x12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw in anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling as per manufacturers instructions with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick pre polished coloured chequred tiles of size 400X400 jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white or coloured to match including over 20 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 completed all as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth, wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding( but not backing) removing of serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L joint free coloured tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc0.18sqm (400X400X7-8mm),as in floors etc. Set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and over laid backing coat 10mm thick plaster CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PARTII(E/M PORTION) Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants , regulators, sockets etc excluding light fitting for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
