Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) providing in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement as on floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass dividing strips, 3mm thick, 38mm wide laid in position conforming to design pattern as approved by engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in one brick thick walls with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 10 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Bricks obtained from serial item No 2 here-in-before shall re-use.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for endura rustic tiles of size 30cm x 3cm x 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floor, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colured cement to match over and including 20mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) as screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) plaster on fair faces brick work or cement concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint after preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ burnt bricks (Old size bricks), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type D-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels, drains, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipe of 150mm bore after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.
