Dismantling of existing unserviceable water storage tank exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr capacity of any description and S&F new rotational moulded (HDPE) water storage tank of 500 litre capacity, hoisted & fixed in position as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable water storage tank exc 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr capacity of any description and S&F new rotational moulded (HDPE) water storage tank of 1000 litre capacity, hoisted & fixed in position as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water stoarage tank exc 250 ltr and n.exc 500 ltr, cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks including mouths of circulating pipe etc and washing down including re-fixiing in same poition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, 20 mm bore PTMT ball valve (minmum weight 210 gms), high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, 25 mm bore PTMT ball valve (minmum weight 210 gms), high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs, 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes for 20mm bore of pipe complete as specified and directed

Taking up or down 15mm dia bore steel tubing and connection of any description and S&F new 15mm dia bore galvanised steel tubing with all fittings, medium weight, ISI marked, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm dia bore steel tubing and connection of any description and S&F new 15mm dia bore galvanised steel tubing with all fittings, medium weight, ISI marked, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25mm dia bore steel tubing and connection of any description and S&F new 15mm dia bore galvanised steel tubing with all fittings, medium weight, ISI marked, fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, MS circular top cover made of 0.56 mm thick MS sheet for PVC water storage tank of 300/500 ltr capacity and clip type bolt for locking arrangement for side opening with & including provn of 50mm long nail with snap edge on top of cover for protection from monkey complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from water storage tanks exc of capacity exc 250 ltr but n.exc 500 ltr including cleaning of mouths of circulating pipe and washing down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from water storage tanks exc of capacity exc 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr including cleaning of mouths of circulating pipe and washing down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Srl item Nos 15, 16 & 17: Date of tank cleaning to be written with synthetic enamel paint on water storage tank in any colour & size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and the cost of the same shall be deemed included in quoted rate .

S&F in repairs, 15 mm bore bib tap long body, chromium plated, fancy type, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 15 mm bore PTMT bib tap of any colour, screwed down, high pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, 15mm dia bore pillar tap, cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down, high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shank and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to existing to wall mixer 3 in 1 / centre hole basin mixture including replacement of unserviceable parts such as leg, extension nipple etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 15mm bore angle / stop valve, chromium plated fancy type, screwed for 15mm dia bore tubing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 15mm bore brass chromium plated wall mixer for mixing hot & cold water, screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
