OUTSOURCING OF MANNING OPERATION FOR LIFTS

Outsourcing services of Lift in F block at MAP Phase-I, NOFRA-I Area and 5 Blocks at NOFRA-II area, 16 hrs every day, two shift per day as under:- 1st shift 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs - 06 Operating services 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs - 06 Operating services (Total No of Lift operating services = 12 Nos) including Holiday and Sundays all as specified and directed. Total No of lifts :- NOFRA-I : F Block - 02 Lifts NOFRA-II : Vishnu - 01 Lift, Shishir - 01 Lift, Kapish - 01 Lift, Manoranjan - 01 Lift, Firdaus - 01 Lift Note :- (a) The operator shall be experience holder of two years in particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (b) The 16 hours operation time 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 shall be considered as two shift of 8 hrs working in one shift. (Two shifts considered as one day) (c) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any minor repairs of passenger lifts as required for smooth running of plants without any extra cost. (d) The contractor will hand over the lift to the department in good working condition on expiry of contract period. (e) The operator is responsible for operating the Gen set for lifts during interruption of current and daily maintenance of DG set is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Manning and operation of 125 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets including connected items such as control panel, MCCB, Changeover, main switches, starters including daily cleaning of complete installation etc all as specified and as directed at NCS School Goa.One skilled Operator per Shift of 08 hrs per day Timing : 0800-1600 hrs excluding sundays.

Manning and operation of 160 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets including connected items such as control panel, MCCB, Changeover, main switches, starters including daily cleaning of complete installation etc all as specified and as directed at NOFRA II.One Skilled Operator per shift for three Shift of 24 hrs per day. 1st shift 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs 2nd shift 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs 3rd shift 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs

Notes for Item Nos 2 & 3 :- (a) Log sheet shall be maintained properly. (b) The contractor/ operator is responsible for safe custody of installation including all accessories/ consumable and penalty as PS clause is applicable in case of any loss/ damage to govt property. (c) The contractor have to provide proper uniform and safety shoes to the operator without any extra cost to the department. (d) The operator shall be experienced holder of 2 years in a particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (e) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for any minor repairs to DG set as oiling /greasing/lubricants etc.
