Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED Post Top light fixture similar to Primus of M/s Lighting technology ( in asthetics & looks) having- min 4500 lumens, min efficacy 75 LPW ,Pressure die cast aluminium alloy with powder coated solid metal frame, min. IP-66, min. CRI-80, polycarbonate diffuser, IP connector & with required hardware, on existing pole all as required & instructed by E-I-C.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LED Cool White / Neutral white Flood light luminaire with minimum 11000 lumen, Glass cover to ensure uniform distribution, pressure die cast aluminium body, IP65 & IK08 protection, 5700K / 6500 K Colour temperature, having minimum efficacy of 120 Lm / watt, IP connector & with required hardware, coach screw / Anchor fastner, IP connector, all as required & instructed by E-I-C.

Fabrication, Supply & installation of 3M high 76 mm dia (OD) (65 NB) MS pole made out of class B pipe with 200 x 200 x 10mm base plate, 4 nos webs, Hot dip galvanizing & PU coating of approved color matching to Post top fixture as per item no.1.1 and with 4nos stainless steel foundations bolts / Anchor fastner, required hardware, etc. all as required & instructed by E-I-C. Note : 1) 12 nos of fixture are to be installed at ramp slope of an angle 5.35 degree ( Approx) from horizontal 2) Scope of work also includes madifiaction as require to make the pole suitable for installation of Post to LED light Fixture as per item no.1.1

Supply & installation of 25 mm dia rigid HMS PVC conduit with all required accessories like junction box , bend, etc. on surface of slab / wall / column fixed with PVC spacer saddles, nylon / rawal plug, GI wood screws at the intervals of 300mm as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Making of grooves by cutting floor tiles /floor/wall with cutter machine and supply & laying HMS PVC of 25 mm dia rigid conduit with all required accessories like junction box , bend, etc. for laying power & control cable/ wires as required, refilling the grooves with cement concrete & finishing the surface to floor level as required.

PVC coated flexible steel Conduit Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25mm liquid tight, FRLS , PVC coated Flexible Galvanised Steel conduit made up of helical coil of self interlocked ribbed stripes of Galvanised steel complete with necessary accessories like PVC gland etc. as required & instructed by EIC.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 1100V grade 3Cx 1.5 sq. mm copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of M/s Polycab/ RR Kabel / KEI/Havells in existing conduit including end termination with copper lugs all as required & instructed by E-I-C.

Providing 1:3:6 PCC for making foundation of pole & refinishing of asphalt road / concrete flooring /drain, etc.

Supply & installation of 50 mm dia. GI pipe Class “B” bent to shape for cable entry with all fixing arrangement to above poles & across drains/road with necessary fixing arrangements and all as per the instructions of E.I.C.

Supply & installation of 50mm dia. HDPE pipe with all fixing accessories in ground at a depth of 500 mm below ground level excluding excavation in all types of soils, including consolidating, temporary reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, all as required & as instructed by EIC.

Earth Pits work

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe earth station confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like 32 mm dia (NB) class B GI pipe of 4.1 m length, coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 150 mm thick 1:3:6 PCC wall chamber of 500mm x 500mm x 500 mm size ( inside dimentions) , heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequred plate cover associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, capsule hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm) with clamp of 50mm x3 mm G.I strips for connecting G.I pipe & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils upto 1mtr depth / upto hard rock & there after making 200mm dia 4 M deep bore hole from ground level, refilling with alternate eaqual layers of charcoal, salt, good quanlity soil & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 M etc. all as required as per the standard drawing of earthing, specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint.

Providing 150 mm thick 1:3:6 PCC wall chamber of 500mm x 500mm x 500 mm size for existing earthing pit duly plastered, heavy duty (minimum 6 mm thick) M.S chequred plate cover associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements,etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils, breaking of PCC chamber, refilling & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 m etc. all as required as per the drawing specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint.

Repairing of Chamber covers: Cleaning of earth pit & removing of earth from the earth pit chamber, welding new capsule type hinges on existing MS chequered plate, painting with two coats of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint, all as requide & instructed by E-I-C.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hot dipped 25 mm x 6 mm GI strip fixed to wall / slab / column / beam with 16SWG GI saddles & 3 mm thick G.I. spacers at an interval of 500mm with all fixing accessories., interconnection of earth strip & continuous welding the joints in all four contact edges, painting the joint with black bituminous compound, painting with two coats of green colour paint for earth strip on wall, etc. all as required & instructed by the E-I-C.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hot dipped 25 mm x 6 mm GI strip in ground excluding excavation in all type of soil, interconnection of earth strip & continuous welding the joints in all four contact ages, painting the joint with black bituminous compound, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground etc. all as required & instructed by the E-I-C. Excavation will be paid separately.

Earth excavation

Excavation in soft soil/murum including shorting or dewatering, removing of bricks/tiles etc. Disposing the excess earth within the radius of 3000 m as required & as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Cutting of asphalt road / concrete flooring /drain by using hydraulic drilling machine upto 200mm depth as required and stacking of rocks, refilling, consolidation of surface & Disposing the excess earth within the radius of 3000 m as required & as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Disconnection & dismantling of existing post top light fixtures (13 nos.) including cutting of pole & breaking of foundation etc., taking away of dismantled materials. The rebate for taking away of dismantled materials shall be considered in the unit rate quoted.

Disconnection & dismantling of the following existing light fixtures in canteen: a. T-5 tube light fixtures - 90 nos. approx. b. PL down light fixtures - 39 nos. approx. c. 600x600mm recess mounted fluroscent light fixture - 10 nos. Scope of work includes taking away the dismantled materials. The rebate for taking away of dismantled materials shall be considered in the unit rate quoted.
